Spain said they would open an embassy in Ramallah in the West Bank after recognizing the Palestine as a state. They are now walking back on it after it turned out that their diplomats want to stay in ISRAEL because it’s “safer” and has “higher quality of life”

"NO!" to a Palestinian state A new poll shows that a very firm 68% majority of ISRAELIS still oppose the creation of a Palestinian state. Even if it means forgoing peace with Saudi Arabia, 64% of respondents reject a Palestinian state. Saudi Arabia has conditioned normalization on an Israeli commitment to establish a Palestinian state. But that could change if Donald Trump returns to the White House following the November presidential election in America. The survey was conducted by the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs (JCPA). |

For the first time: A ISRAELI government decision to replace UNRWA in JERUSALEM Tomorrow, at the celebratory meeting on the occasion of Jerusalem Day, the government will approve a proposed resolution that will identify alternatives to the activities of the UNRWA agency in the capital. The decision was formulated by the Ministry of Jerusalem Affairs, headed by Minister Meir Porush, according to Prime Minister Netanyahu's directive. The decision will say "we decide to task the Ministry of Jerusalem and Israel Tradition to act to provide alternative solutions to the services provided today by the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) in East Jerusalem, and this, including in the field of health and the field of education." The background for the decision is the agency's involvement in terrorism and its close ties with Hamas. It should be noted that last week the Knesset simultaneously approved three proposals in a preliminary reading to end ties between Israel and the problematic agency. (Ariel Kahana)

IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Herzi Halevi announced that ISRAEL is nearing a decision on responding to Hezbollah's daily attacks on northern Israel amid the Gaza conflict. "We are approaching the point where a decision must be made, and the IDF is prepared and very ready for this decision," Halevi stated during an assessment with military officials and Fire Commissioner Eyal Caspi at an army base in Kir.yat Shmona. "We have been attacking for eight months, and Hezbollah is paying a very high price. They have increased their attacks in recent days, and we are ready, after a thorough process of training, to launch an offensive in the north," he said. "We have strong defense and readiness to attack, and we are nearing a decision point," he added. Halevi and Caspi later met with firefighters who extinguished large blazes in northern Israel over the past two days, some of which were caused by Hezbollah rocket and drone attacks. The US House of Representatives passed a bill, 155-247, to impose sanctions on ICC officials seeking arrest warrants for ISRAELI leaders, including ISRAELI Prime Minister Netanyahu and Defense Secretary Gallant. 42 Democrats joined the Republicans. The bill now heads to the Senate.

THE LAST 4 DAYS EXPLAINED: Yet again, Biden's incompetence is making everything worse. This all started when ISRAEL relayed a hostage deal to Biden that had undisclosed conditions. Biden then decided to make his own deal and pass it off like ISRAEL was the one who came up with it. We saw this in his first public speech on Friday, where he said that ISRAEL agreed to a ceasefire. This speech was 100% directed at his pro-Hamas voters in a sad attempt to sway them to his side yet again. ISRAEL immediately responded by saying that this was incorrect and that they never agreed to stop the war. However, this caused a political firestorm in Israel, especially when Bibi's coalition partners threatened to withdraw from and break the government. When Hamas realized that what Biden was saying was not true and thatISRAEL would not stop the war, they issued a statement today that there was nothing to negotiate for, in effect rejecting Biden's fantasy deal and ISRAEL'S legitimate one. ISRAEL'S War Cabinet is now asking for a guarantee from Biden that ISRAEL can resume the fighting after Phase I of the deal. In conclusion, Biden has emboldened Hamas once more and made it much more difficult to actually get a deal done. (Rayland Givens) |
