So I use the small pack of Power Oil whenever I cook, but today I began to wonder if I have been insidiously harming myself.

The Power Oil company claims that their product is healthy, but of course I wouldn't expect them to say otherwise.

So I decided to bring the question here since I use it in virtually everything I cook.
