Election is just around the corner and millions of Nigerians willing to vote still don't have their PVC given to them by INEC, since the PVC doesn't have any microchip and our temporary printouts will not be accepted on election day, I was wondering if people went ahead to print out their own Voters card from business centers just like regulars I.D cards as their names is already in INEC database ...would this option work?
