What about the Roman figure (ii), is it for decoration or for completeness?
But even INEC have been shamelessly altering and denying results from its IREV portal as seen in many of the cases disputing the 2023 elections.

Lack of sincerity is killing us,I only pity people clamouring for independent candidate. No need to have agents in all polling boots if the process is credible.Try to be sincere for once my bro.quote author=Afamed post=124602025]

That is the 100% reason, the Inec mandated every political party to have an agent in the polling unit.
It is now left for the party agent to present such descrepamcy in the court.

The question now is?

Has any party presented such occurrence in the ongoing Tribunal?
Because Tribunal does not rely on hearsay or beer Parlour gist, they only rely on evidence [/quote]
