Would like to seek lawyers' opinion on this matter.

So we presented an app to a state government about 8 years ago and also did a demonstration to very senior government officials. It was to ease their engagement with the public, generate revenue and it was at no cost to them as what we proposed was a revenue sharing arrangement.

Following the presentation, we shared minutes of the meeting and we were invited several times via official letter for further presentations (about six times) all of which they failed to show up. This went on for almost two years.

Fast forward to this year, they had launched the same application with the exact same features and only the name changed.

Has anyone experienced this with any state government and any idea on how to challenge this.

Did you get a copyright for the app? Was it launched to the public?
