Democracy in government has so many institutionalised lapses I think, need to be regulated. I therefore would want to suggest that,

1. The minimum qualification for the seat of President should be a degree in Polical Science or Public Administration. This will help screen out touts and illiterates from running the system with their myopic understanding of the running of government.

2. Law makers in the House must be people with credible character and must also have a degree in law.

Nigeria is in ruins today because some of our past leaders were myopic and had little or no understanding of what democracy is in government.

Or what do you think?
