How the programme works:

-Land will be provided for any measurement for the programme, presently we have within abuja and nasarawa(karu).

-A team of 30 youth each will be formed, which may be either sponsored by themselves, philanthropists or government to handle the buildings.

-three bedroom bungalow will be used for the programme.

-take for instance, if the a 3 bed room bungalow will cost about 8million naira, which the price will be determined by the BOQ (bill of quantity)[',, the 8m will be contributed by each group.like 8m divided by 30, whatever you get is what will be contributed by the group, which will be paid to a mortgage bank where the buyers of those houses paid in the money and the company organizing the programme. so, there are off-takers already.

-the group will do the building themselves and be supervised by the organizing company engineers. the house will be paid immediately, then, the interest will be distributed among the group. besides, 50k will be paid monthly to each worker during the moment of the construction. so you are expected to build 6 units of 3 bedroom bungalow per annum. this will continue for a period of ten years. then you will be graduated from the scheme.
