The first step I think, will be to secure our Northern borders. We must do a TRUMP. Build some kind of fence or wall with the latest technology that can be monitored 24/7 and detect breaches. Then start rounding up the so called "Bandits/Terrorists" that are within the country. In fact no need to round them up, just make them "disappear".

This is a national security threat. YouTube collects accurate GPS, ip address, registered email address and device ID during video upload. The Nigerian cybercrime can easily request that information via emergency records without requiring an MLAT. I bet the government condone this act.
