That name NIN is aucward doesn't sound well .

Some time I even trying to remember that name because is very poor name identity card will be more nicer than that NIN like other countries Nigeria things always deference.

Secondly this ID will not issued by any private company the department of home affairs or immigration will that is thire job I don't understand if the government are paying them for only providing passport for Nigeria.
