15men take 10days.....12h/day to do a job
15men take (10x12)h to do the job..............[10x(3/2)men]
10men take (3/2)x(10x12)h to do the job........[less men more hours, by the same ratio]
10men take (180)h to do the job
10men take (20)x(9)h to do the job
10men take 20days.....9h/d to do the job.

I guess he divided 15 by 10(the two numbers of men in the question) to get a rate of 3/2.

I hail every in da house o.Guys,me wan really no weytin oau bn try dey do gan ni in particular.I mean weytin really dey go on 4 faculty of Edu.dat 4 Dept of Edu/Hist.Guys u no jst wan blif my story if i tell u say d last time i was in campus to chck on my name for dat Dept.na only jst one one name each for direct entry and jamb for merit list i see for dem notice board and eva since dem i've bn trying so hard to get in touch with few old frnds n couple of new ones i met 2ru dis site to keep me updated n all d responce i keep getting from dem all d time has always be no supp.or any other list yet.For Christ's sake can any body jst come up with a very meaningful xplaination and xplain to us,the aspirants of this course what's going on in dis Dept,or does dat mean dat they jst want to admit jst one one person each to study d course or what's really going on.Pls guys,right now we d aspirants of dis course are all in total darkness,we need someone who truely knows what's going on in dat Dept to pls step up and tell us smthing.We cant jst cont.to b left in the dark anymore.Thanks and God bless us all,Amen.
