be like only you is 90% of Nigerians because I have never heard Lucozade boost is only for sick people.

Its for energy, so any weak person can take it...

It's because most of us don't like it but always prescribed for sick people.

I did mention that most energy drinks contains caffeine which has it own health hazards.
I believe lucozade boost is more of glucose which makes it safe.

Lol. I've ALWAYS loved Lucozade Boost.

It's high in glucose, for people who need it and otherwise cannot get it immediately from the regular source which is through the breakdown of normal carbohydrates in your meals like rice, beans, eba etc. Normal folks can take it of course but too much of it, especially ontop your regular meals will make you fat because excess glucose (sugar) is stored as fats in the body.
