Double Win for Justice at HRFNG
June 25th was a powerful day for the Human Rights Foundation Nigeria (HRFNG)! Our team tackled two crucial cases:

Case 1: A Strategic Pause

In State v. Abiodun Sammy, the prosecution wasn’t ready to present their case. This unexpected delay gives us valuable time to build an even stronger defense for Abiodun.

Case 2: A Celebration of Freedom!

Our second case, State v. Isaac Tope & 3 ORS, ended in a thrilling victory! Thanks to our amazing lawyer, A.Y., the defendants facing robbery charges were acquitted! This win is a reminder that justice can prevail.
