Court jails three illegal BDC operators in Maiduguri Justice K. Dagat of the Federal High Court sitting in Maiduguri, Borno state, convicted the three operators of the illegal money exchanges and sentenced them to one year in prison each. They were on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, arraigned by the Maiduguri Zonal Division of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on one separate count of operating an illegal money exchange.
