The community is under a local government who recieve allocation from the FG, the local government also is under the FCT who has a minister and also receives allocation from the government, the community also have a representatives in the national assembly who also collect Constituency funds.

Why exactly does she want the FG to build the market when they have all these people collecting huge allocations on their behalf.?

of course FCT is not a state and fall directly under the FGN control via a ministry of FCT. However it is going to be, the FG will have to be the one to rebuild that market.... You don't expect a governor from another state to come and build it for them

You just wanna oppose because she's LP? Did you oppose 5billion for useless presidential yatch, 21 billion for VP house? How much for market shops that they'll still pay? She's only asking that its subsidized. The national assembly acts as FCT state house of assembly

Well, as true as all your comments are, the federal government still build infrastructure in states where there are local government chairmen and councillors. The federal government gives free fertilizers to farmers and Hayes to herders. The federal government sponsors pilgrimages. So why can't the same federal government rebuild a burnt market that would drive the commerce/ economy of the country?
