*GOV. SULE DONATES VEHICLE TO NSCDC IN NASARAWA STATE*

His Excellency, Engr. Abdullahi A. Sule Governor of Nasarawa State donated a Toyota Hilux to the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Nasarawa State Command.

The ALGON Chairman and Chairman Lafia Local Government Council Hon. Aminu Muázu Maifata and Hon. Mohammed Oyimoga Oyigye Hon. Commissioner of Local Government, Community Development and Chieftaincy Affairs, donated the keys to the State Commandant, NSCDC, Nasarawa State Comdt. Ismaila Abdullahi at the Ministry of Local Government, Community Development and Chieftaincy Affairs complex in Lafia the state Capital.

The Lafia Local Government Chairman, who doubled as the Association of Local Government of Nigeria (ALGON) Chairman, Hon. Aminu Muázu Maifata, extolled the bravery and gallantry of the Officers and Men of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps in faith against criminal and criminality in the state. In his words; ‘Your efforts in making sure that we sleep with our two eyes closed prompted this action, this vehicle will aid you in discharging your statutory duties effectively to the benefit of the good people of Nasarawa state’. His Excellency is proud of your men in Nasarawa state so continue the good work, he concluded.

The Commandant NSCDC Nasarawa State Comdt., Ismaila Abdullahi expressed his joy and thanked His Excellency Engr., Abdullahi A Sule for this kind gesture in making sure that NSCDC in Nasarawa state are always on their toes to rid the state out of criminals and criminality, we are assuring his excellency that this vehicle will be put to good use for the benefit of all, he concluded.
