Scope

Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in the fashion retail industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies and drive results.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Knowledge of fashion trends, brands, and designers.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in sales leadership and management, preferably in a related industry.
Excellent content creation abilities
The ideal candidate should have social savvy.
Demonstrated ability to set and achieve sales targets and objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business growth and profitability.
Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Minimum of OND/HND in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
