Scope

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote real estate listings and company brands.
2. Create and manage engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, blogs, and the company website.
3. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, target audience preferences, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to create marketing materials that communicate property features and benefits to potential clients.
5. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive traffic to property listings.
6. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
7. Organize and participate in industry events, open houses, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and build professional relationships.
8. Manage and update the company’s CRM system with marketing-related activities and client interactions.
9. Oversee the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, videos, and virtual tours.
10. Work with external vendors, such as graphic designers and advertising agencies, to produce high-quality marketing materials.
11. Stay current with digital marketing trends and tools to enhance the company’s online presence and engagement.
12. Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
1. Proven work experience in marketing communication or related roles.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to various platforms and audiences.
3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, content management systems (CMS), and social media platforms.
4. Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
5. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail.
