It's Akwa-Ibomites/Cross-Riverians Soup.

It's mainly vegetables.

That's Pumpkin and Waterleaf. You add lots of ingredients like Fish, fresh n dry, Periwinkle and other things.

So it is my "Edikang Ikong" you're calling "Erikaiko"?

The French anthem is romantically sung opera style by a delectable French lady.
President Marron and his overaged wife stand to acknowledge their anthem....
Me: I'm still wondering which Anthem dem go play for Nigeria πŸ‡³πŸ‡¬ when we win a medal later in the games πŸ€”

This used to be a VERY big deal back in the days.
Maybe we got busier, or things have deteriorated like you said. There was no hype whatsoever about these games. I remember how I used to look forward to the opening ceremony, lighting of the torch and following the medals table. I even followed some athletes across the different games. Good old days!

I do NOT care about Nigeria or what Nigerians wore to the Olympics because my country is NOT participating. However, I just wanted to point out the hypocrisy of those M0R0NS that were up in arms when the air hostesses of Air Peace Airlines (a private enterprise) wore Isiagu Outfits as their uniform. These idiots were all over social media whining, moaning, and foaming in their nasty mouths like rabid dogs. Now, here comes the Olympics. And those representing your country at the games are forced to wear Yoruba-inspired attire. Where's the outrage and complaints? Where are all the tribal vituperations? All of you FOOLS can go to hell as far as I am concerned.

Team Ghana this time around, is mostly donning the traditional attire of the Northern/upper regions of Ghana. This is actually my preferred traditional GH dressing as it has a way of making one appear larger/affluent than one would normally be

Smh. Since you are shocked at the coincidence, let me inform you that the original land owners of Accra are ethnic Yoruba.

That's Aso Oke. Every true Yoruba can identify Aso Oke.
