For what so ever reason U want d world to believe dat Cfc squad players are responsible for d shekpe keeper not finding d back of d net and I say NO. FT is a Useless player for 50mil rite nw.

nah. . . .you are a louse in jonathan's pubic region.
chelsea are bereft of quality play-makers. the only one they managed to get(juan mata) is being played out of position.
it's no surprise chelsea are 13 points below the league leaders. . .

If we bring in Hazard,Xavi , iniesta to make assist for FT he will still fail , hes goal shy unless he learns how to position himself in front of goal, Chichartio would score more than torres

who would supply the tasty passes to put hernandez through on goal?
chelsea's midfielders are too lethargic to play a quick pass. . . . .this is what torres suffers from.
he doesn't get the quick passes to put him one v one against goalies. )))))))))))))) Yet anoda plain stupidity shown by Coogar! As a matter of fact I laff in Goodluck Jonathan. Let me ask U dis,who has bin supplying d passes dat Ur impotent striker failed to convert? Midfield players passes are too slow for FT only in Coogar aka GEJ world. I beg talk anoda matter.

if stupidity is a felony, you would get the death sentence. . .

watch this video below and tell me how many times the lethargic & robotic chelsea midfield have replicated the same sort of through passes for torres.

thank fuck chicharito did not join chelsea, he would have been a flop as it takes full revolution of the earth for lampard to play a pass.
look at the first goal in that clip. gerrard played that pass from liverpool's half of the pitch to release torres on goal. . .that is what torres is all about.
quick delivery instead of the slow idiotic build-up chelsea play.
since i have been watching torres in chelsea shirt, i have never seen such a pass from either ramirez, lampard or meireles.

An epilogue for a fallen striker.

Even the music from Abba sounds like something you play at a funeral.

Anybody watching that would tell you that was a player with real pace.

See that first goal? Fernando has been in that situation 50 times since he joined Chelsea but had not the legs to accelerate away from the defender.

Nigga went from Usain Bolt to Sunday Bada.

this boy is a mumu. . . .

the question is does he get quality passes like that from your midfield? yes or no.
knowing torres loves to stay on the shoulder of the last man. . . .have chelsea played to that strength of his?

just answer abeg!

75% of them goals were in similar positions to the position he was in against Norwich where he tried to square the ball to Sturridge.

he's a team player. . . .
the only quality service he got against norwich was the one that produced a fine save from the norwich goalkeeper.
that has only happened 4 times since he moved to stamford bridge.

your midfielders are clueless.

ramirez is a maradona that loves to travel with the ball.
mikel/meirelez shoot from distances + they are not creative.
lampard is the slowest midfielder on the planet. it takes 5 seconds for him to haul arse, turn and find a pass that breaks strikers free.

i sleep every night and i imagine what parker, modric, bale and van der vaart would create for nando torres.

See your mouth. . . he had a clear run on goal. He took two dreadful touches and had not the pace to get to the ball in time to get his shot off, so he meekly and unsuccessfully tried to square to Sturridge.

3 years ago he woulda finished that.

clear run on goal? chelsea midfielders played a pass that set a striker through on goal?
it has never happened in the last 2 seasons at least. . . . .

Did you see the poke off target in the 60min vs Norwich?

Did he get that assist from Amadioha or wasnt it Chelsea players who fed him the ball?

i am saying it wasn't much of a chance that you tools are prancing about.
was it as bad as van persie's chance @ the emirates?

bad as welbeck's 3 one on one chance?

If he had shot at goal it would have been blocked so its better to shoot wide  grin grin

it was an impulse shot.
he took a shot and he narrowly missed wide.
this same torres put germany out of euro 2008 after aggressively sodomizing phillip lahm(germany's best defender)

if you think this chance is the worst miss this weekend in england then can you just admit you are demented as well?
that was torres being closed down by 2 defenders. where else would he put the ball?
it wasn't a sitter by any means - there were about 7 players in the box.

CHelsea buys Torres and he fails to score

First of all the excuse was London is too rowdy,

They dont speak Spanish in the dressing room- They bought Spanish speaking players Torres still didnt score,

They dont have creative midfielders, They bought Mata- Torres still didnt score,

Next it was Lampard is hindering Torres game, They benched lampard - Torres still didnt score

Next it was they should isolate him with defenders- They did several times vs Newcastle, Norwich and many games- Torres still cant score

Next it became they should give let him have a free run at goal, they did that several times Torres still didnt score

Next they said give the ball to him in the 18yard box- They did vs Norwich and other teams Torres still didnt score they excuse was that it was because defenders were in the box

Torres had a ball in the box and shot wide, The excuse was it was because if he shot at goal defenders would have blocked it make e kuku shoot wide grin grin grin grin

The only thing in this list they havent done is to reduce Noise levels in London to help Torres.

Coogar can you be the London class captain and write down names of london noisemakers so that Torres would score

grin grin grin grin

noise level reduction cant help torres,to ensure a torres goal chelsea has to play 11 v 0 against a team with all d opposition players red carded, FIFA pls make d neccessary rule adjustments to make dis possible!
so Torres fires blanks for chelsea and it is d fault of ramires, lampard, mata n sturridge NOT torres, he fires blanks for spain n it is d fault of xavi, iniesta, fabregas
n xabi alonso NOT torres! who r d world class playmakers n wingers who r setting up goals for clint dempsey, heidar helguson, ivan klasnic nd shane long?
pls stop talkin abt him sodomising people in 2008,dis is 2012!
even some defenders who are not been set up or teed up or watever by gerson and bruno conti hav scored more goals in d last year than torres.

Chelsea are poised to seal a £8.5m move for Genk winger Kevin de Bruyne - then loan the Belgium star back on loan until May.

The Belgian club confirmed on Wednesday that talks between the two clubs are progressing and de Bruyne could be a Chelsea player by the end of the week if everything goes according to plan.

The 20-year-old left-sided player has been heavily linked with a move to Stamford Bridge over the last 18 months but Genk were initially understood to be seeking in the region of £12m for their player.

That valuation is now understood to have been dropped but, under the terms of the proposed deal, de Bruyne - who played twice against Chelsea in this season's Champions League - would then return to Genk on loan for the rest of the season before linking up permanently with the Blues in the summer.

A Genk spokesman said: "Dirk Degraen (a Genk director) is in London and the expectation is that it (the transfer of De Bruyne) will be finished this week.

"The assumption is that Kevin de Bruyne will be transferred to Chelsea and then will finish the season (on loan) at Genk." cool cool cool

berbatov had the same problem when he came to man utd.
if you look into the archives of this forum, you would find dayokanu, ibime and the same people condemning torres here saying rubbish about the bulgarian.
last season, with berbatov played as an arrow-head, he delivered the golden boot.

as a manager, i can completely play a striker out of the game by deploying tactics that would not suit his strength.
there was a season didier monster drogba scored a miserable 5 league goals in a season. . . .in the same season, anelka scored 19 league goals.
torres cannot function with the style chelsea play. only astute observers can see this. . . .bumbling oafs like ibime and dayokanu cannot.

these same trolls called berbatov a sloth some seasons ago, now their attention has shifted to torres.
by next season, should torres start putting ball in the back of the net, their songs would change like the british weather.
afrodoc, you are one of the posters i know that functions with a good brain. don't join the bandwagon of the nincompoops in slaying a striker like torres.

on ability alone, torres is the deadliest striker in europe!

Jeffrey Bruma has been so poor at Hamburg and previously at Leicester, I wonder what all the hype was about. No wonder Lotti preferred to play Ferreira in centre-defence ahead of him.

Dude has shown no awareness, poor positioning and surprisingly, a lack of pace during his time with Hamburg.

Alex Off To PSG

The Brazilian defender Alex was presented as a Paris St-Germain player in the French capital on Friday following the completion of his move from Chelsea.

PSG's sporting director, Leonardo, joined Alex in addressing the media at a press conference broadcast live by PSG TV.

The 29-year-old joined Chelsea in 2004 but has struggled for first-team football under André Villas-Boas this season and has now been reunited with his former manager Carlo Ancelotti.

The French sports newspaper L'Equipe reported that the transfer fee was €5m (£4.18million).

When will RA, Bruce Buck, Ron Gourlay and Emenalo stop buying players and leave the professionals to it?

TBH with you, De Bruyne is not a man we need right now. He wont make a jot of difference to Chelsea. Shevchenko, Torres, Lukaku, Courtois, you name it - the club specialise in going over the managers head.

Chelsea's Kevin de Bruyne interest is club policy, admits Andre Villas-Boas

The 20-year-old Genk winger is set to complete a move to Stamford Bridge, although the Portuguese concedes the player is 'not within his immediate projects'

Andre Villas-Boas has revealed Chelsea's interest in Genk winger Kevin de Bruyne has nothing to do with him
.

The 20-year-old, who has been linked with Chelsea before the arrival of Villas-Boas, is set to complete a move to Stamford Bridge before the January transfer window shuts, but could be loaned straight back out to the Belgian club as part of the deal.

Villas-Boas, however, claims the decision to target the midfielder comes from 'the club'.

“You have to speak to the people from the club about that. It's not within my immediate projects,” he told reporters.

“He's a player the club has scouted for some time. I'm a manager who respects club policy.”

Villas-Boas conceded De Bruyne looks a talented prospect but hinted the prospective signing is not likely to be part of his integral plans this campaign.

“A club has to look to the future, whether it's with this manager or another. He's a good bet for the future,” said Villas-Boas.

Last season, De Bruyne scored five goals and recorded 16 assists to help Genk win the league.

“The expectation is that [the transfer of De Bruyne] will be finished this week,” a club spokesman said on Friday afternoon.
