Here's a breakdown of the transfer fee.

30mil now and 5mil each year for the next 4 years. This is the fixed bit.
5mil for every year he finishes as top scorer in the league. Max 15mil.
5mil if he wins the golden boy.
10mil if he winsthe ballon d'or.
All in Euros.

So 38 million fixed fee plus a potential 20 million if he can reach a world class level and achieve all those clauses.

And the Monaco presido said we've been in talks since last week so obviously not a panic buy.

Past tense ke! He is still a United player, the dicey part is that he is a very good keeper that will have to go between the sticks because Romero has not instilled any kind of confidence for us to taunt De Gea by giving seat belt on the bench.
