Joel Obi should be on the bench as 1st substitute for Ndidi ie the runner from midfield.

I haven't watched todays game but I guess he is getting slack because people expect him to reprise the Mikel role which he cannot.

Moses Simon is a winger so does not come into the conversation.

This Nigeria team still have a lot to do if there are to go far in the WC. You cant rely solely on a particular player for everything. Mikel is good but what about if he's injured??
