Three grins for the three new Universities. If the news is true then it is not sustainable and if it is not that is because it's sustainability is predictably obvious. The emphasis should be to encourage private participation in the sector.

Imo really needs new universities, but not three at once.
The present 4 level mass communication class in Imo state university has 600 students, and the same applies to other departments and levels. A survey recently carried out in Imo revealed that 98% of secondary school students want to enter the university, perhaps that explains why Imo state has maintained 10% to 12% of Jamb candidates for more than 20years now.

My brother God bless u. Like i was saying in the other thread, Imo people already has education as foundational development. We need school but even a magician cant build three at a go! I just wish Rochas wd sit down and study his state, he would do well yes but putting the whole fingers in the mouth at once may lead to vomiting.

haba Rochas, when will you stop deceiving the Imolites, people are yet to assimilate the last year bomb shell promises you released you've released another. Oga Rochas, please, are you not the one that promised to give free uniforms, free sandals, free books and all the rest of them to secondary schools in Imo State January 2012,have you done that. You even promise to place the secondary school students on salary of N300 every month, which you denied and said it is N120, yes you did it sometime October 2011 and to one or two schools in some local government, and since then nothing have happened, the poor secondary students that have tasted your N120 once are clamoring for more.
Mr. governor please i beg you stop all these your fantasies and seat down and think of how to eradicate or minimize the highest level unemployment in your state. Let me advice you to use the money meant for these 3 universities to bring in foreign investors to start building companies, industries and factories so that the youths will be fully employed.
