Re: CBN Test. by yinkus2019: 7:43am On Feb 27, 2013
Did anybody receive a mail from HR requesting for confirmation of state of origin, exam number, gender, and tel number again on Monday. This is the second time CBN is sending me this kind of message within two weeks. I tried calling the number accompanying the mail but it said it did not exist. But I later tried to call HR and talked with a man but he told me if there is any further information I will be contacted but he advised I respond to every mail sent from them. Thanks one love. I did my test in September last year.

If your chance of getting this job is for someone to reject his offer or for him not to see his mail to accept the offer. What will your prayer be?

Still waiting for medical? Plz take ur mind out of it , if it comes let it be as suprise. Gaskiya the way things are going is out of hand the interest in this CBN recruiment is somtin else. Yes there going to be another batch for medicals but is not for everybody but for the few anoiteted ones. Some contract staff @ the CBN with their big connection still notin to show up wit. May Allah see us tru and bring the end of corruption in this country

I have one concern. It looks like no one have been called for medicals for certain job position. E.g, no one at least in this forum have acknowledged been call for position such as Assistant IT Compliance Specialist & Solution Developer/ Assist Solution Developer. I know about 4 person who were interviewed for Solution Developer position and haven't been called. How do u explain that bro?
Re: CBN Test. by bilzzman: 12:21pm On Feb 27, 2013
Also, ive not heard any1 on this forum who has received medical invite for Assistant Database Administrator.
Any one pls?
Re: CBN Test. by Nobody: 12:32pm On Feb 27, 2013
Yes the reason is that most people that where called did not even did the intervew but have IT background.

What? That's strange. Are you saying some people called for medicals where not even Interviewed? Are you also implying that CBN can place some one as a DBA or Software Developer just because they have IT knowledge whether they've had experience Administering Database/Developing Application or not?
Re: CBN Test. by Nobody: 1:24pm On Feb 27, 2013
Guy are u a learner? CBN will will train you as anything. The most important thing is that if u have the IT background. But some that did the interview where also called.

I did my medicals last week in lagos and a friend of mine (a solution developer) who was also scheduled for medicals at the same venue confirmed that at least 10 Solution developers got medical invite and I saw 3 of them myself.

I think most people that got the medical invite are not part of this forum.

wizzy2021: i read mathematics guys n i kw wot 30% means. I score 22% n i didnt pass. D cut off mark na 30% wch means u hv to scorce up to 19. Da r evn talking of reducing it to 25% cos of d massive failure.
@wizzy:cut-off mark to my understanding is the minimum mark that one needs to score to go through a process.so if u say 30%,then the cut mark is 18 and not 19.That is to say anybody dat score below 30%(cut-off percentage)will not be invited for interview all things being equal. You can confirm from your people at HR.Cheers man.And thanks for keeping dis forum informed. You can also google out what cut-off means.
