What happened in the end? was it settled out of court? is the case still in court, what was the judgment? . . . . . . .

2. The Dana Aircrash
What was the cause? Was it really due to contaminated fuel? I recall reading somewhere that some Nigerian airlines were using kerosene instead of proper aviation fuel (which is kerosene and some additives). Was that truth or myth?

3. The ABSU rapists and victim
What happened in the end? were they arrested and convicted? How is the victim?

In Nigeria no one pays damages until the end of the legal process. Ndlea has said they will go to the supreme court if they loose at the apeal court. How does a human rights lawyer stop them from shooting you?
