Maybe you're doing it wrong. You simply need to go transfers page and look at the top of your team selection for an option to activate wildcard; this is if you've not used it already. You may need to use your PC to do it, and a fast-enough network.

You may tell the house if you have further issues, or check the game FAQs. If still no solution, consider using your tamecard.
