Hello.pls,about last year I was ill, and I happend to have stressd my heart Much,soo,I suffered from what I called muscle wasting.bacause all manner of test was done but nothing came out bad except for ECG which reads "Consider left ventricular hypertrophy" and I got some bp spikes.though I was always nervous at the clinics while the check my bp .But I am gettn that under control.during this period,I sufferd from something strange.I felt as if my veins were being removed,nd my joints were week.it bacame difficult for me to throw punches or run.my limbs were not heavy,but they were just light.though I am getting better nw,but I feel I cud be best if I got some medication to strenghten my limb muscles.what can I take to realy get my agility back?

Hello,I am an undergraduate in the university.I would have loved to study architecture,but things went not as planned.though the course I am studying now is also nice,but it's not realy design related.I would love to ask.are there approved schools where you can learn building design(architecture)apart from the university/polytechnics in Nigeria? My bother,I understand your pain.for me,I think you should try,study harder to get admitted into any of our conventional universities.National open university is seen as a satellite kind of university.for now,the school's style is not yet accepted by other universities.except you wish to lecture in NOUN,I don't think you should do your post graduate there.If you wish to secure office employments with ur postgraduate,you could run your programme there.but for lecturing sake,I don't think you should.
