I have a few words I would love to share with young people in this festive season. just read and be blessed.

1)As a youth,you must understand that:you can never be taken seriously amongst the crowd;the crowd is for everybody,but the podium is for somebody.

2)unfortunately,if you are not successfull,you can not be recognized.soo,don't be angry if no one is calling your phone now.they are just waiting for u to be successfull.

3)if you cannot make sacrifices,you cannot become something in life.

4)if you cannot please God,men cannot be at peace with you.

5)to live a life of love,is to live a life of God.

6)The truth is that:if u can live,then you can die;if you can fail,then you can succeed.its just a matter of the principles you obey.

7)If everybody around you is not good,then you are worse.

your best friend is your DESTINY and your DESTINY is your best friend.anything that stops your DESTINY is your enemy.it could be money,friends,relationship,"church",parents etc.be wiser in 2021.

9)If your dreams(sleep) are bad,your life will be bad.if you cannot dream good dreams,then you cannot have a good life.

10)If you can fast and pray,then you can win the battles of life.

11)relatively speaking,No man is greater than the other man.all men are the same if all men are using their abilities and gifts.

12)if you cannot contribute somewhere,then you become a liabilty.because you will be a consumer not a producer.

13)If you do not know how to lie,please be happy.because most liers end up lieing to themselves in life.

14)Never expect love from any human being,because the only person that can truly love you is you.that's why jesus said love your neighbour as yourselves.because he knew that men can only truly love themselves.

15)If you realy want to be great in life,people will trouble you a lot.don't expect trouble from anywhere,it is human beigns that are your troublers.soo,learn to know when to talk nd when to keep quiet.who to allow into your life,and who to run away from.

16)in 2021 be wiser than you were.

Unfortunately everybody will die someday.but I am happy to announce to you that:"if you choose to live,you can never die".most of these people after being diagnosed of diseases,don't follow the doctor's advice.I believe he drinks alcohol,and eat all kinds of things he should'nt be eating.my advice is this for everybody:if you are not athletic,and you are above 21years.You need to watch what you eat,and go for check ups once a year.

Chai! So (2:2)second class lower no fit get work for bank? God go help us oh. Anyways,I believe in diversity of knowledge.If I can't get a job,I would create one by my self.

soo 2.2 still have hope in this country? It means its not a bad result after all.

Helo doctor,I am getting better now.but I still feel week,my extremities are feeble,they are week its as if I lack blood bcus my hands are dry nd I can see the veins which was not soo bfor. I was having palpitations,HBp,shortness of breath,frequent urine,cold extremities nd sweeting.nd I have done FBC,PBS,thyroid test,urine test,ECG,chest xtray.etc.nd d doctors said they are okey.it was only d ECG that showd (left ventricular hypertrophy).though most of these symptoms have reduced drastically after taking propranol nd twynsta for a while. Its just that my hands are dry nd shakky as if there is no blood bt I have done CBC,nd d blood count is okey.its as if the water in my body has dried up,if I touch my hand I feel the bones,nd I see my veins.it was not soo bfor.I use 2 b a little bit chubby.soo if I walk/work a little I get stressed out,which also affects my BP. Pls wat do u tink myt be wrong,cud it be d water I lost during the time I was constantly sweeting Nd urinating? Pls help

its not the same at all,geography nd regional planning deals with the earth surface including; vegetation,rocks,ocean nd climate conditions of different regions.

My bro,that's probably 1 of d best courses you can study in a nigerian uni.I am studying estate management though,but we are under the same faculty..if God is with u,wen you finish you can never lack.you can choose to work with the govmnt,university,building firm, etc. You will always get your own cut,in any building project.bcus,you will be the one to process the planning approval.therefore;"any building in any developed residential area,must be in tune with the zonning/building codes of that area". just make sure you knw what you are being thought in school. Atleast with a minimum of 2:2(second class lower) you Will make it.Bcus its a professional course.

Helo doctor,please I had the thyroid test result,but the result reads"normal thyroid study"and the doctor asked me of current symptoms,nd I told him:muscular weakness,fatigue after walking,little muscular tremors,partial numbness nd shortness of breath. so,the doctor gave me acycor,meta-b-fort and diazepam. What are these drugs for na?

You can make it, I started with 2.4 1st semester year 1, FUTO,but from my 3rd Year, I ran riot, 3rd Yr- 3.8 & 4.0; 4th Yr - 4.3 & SIWES an A,final year, I rlxd cuz I had my 2.1 sealed. It takes hardwork, dedication, u'll ve to sacrifice certain tinz. U can do same as long as u believe in ur self and r ready to exceed ur limit.

Doctor,I have done the thyroid test on wednesday,but I am to get the result in the next 2weeks.I am still having muscular tremors or vibrations,partial numbness in the body,high bp,sweating under little heat,muscular contractions and weekness.I even had dairrhea on tuesday,but it siezed after I took imodium. Please why are some doctors not in support of thyroid test.most of them don't blieve it may have something to do with thyroid,they were asking me if I am depressed,or how many girlfriends I have.because of the high bp.but I know I don't have any of such worries at all. I insisted that I want the thyroid test that one of the doctors asked me to do.

Helo people,as a young man I often dream a lot,but this dream I had today shocked me. I saw that the water in the whole world became the pacific ocean alone,there was no other ocean,river,stream apart from the pacific ocean.secondly,I saw that earth had about 12moons and little bright stars and that these moons and stars were coming down to the earth. Twynsta appears to be another anti-hypertensives; along with propanol, seem like an awful lot.

Have you checked you BP lately or obtained the thyroid tests?

I am not depressed jarey I was even tinking of stopping the tryptizol.but I just notice that when I started taking the propanol the parpitations and anxiety have stopped.I am now calm inside.But the muscular weekness in my elbow/knee and little numbness in my body are still visible.and the tremors also occur a little.the veins in my hands nd legs just vibrete on their own.sometimes I feel very week that I cannot even walk fast.I am to do the thyroid test on teusday.I will recheck the B.P.is that propanol that good? bcus I have read a lot about it online.I take 80mg/day.this hyperthyroidsm is weeked oh,I just they lean.
