i doubt if propanolol takes dat long to take effect,.. aside from wat u heard, are u feeling better wit d symptoms now?? if yes, i will suggest u stick wit d medications, u wont want to hav a secondary heart pathology, n tryptizol i bet is to control ur anxiety.. but all these r supportive.. u shud get d T3,T4 n TSH don ASAP, so a definitive treatment cud b instituted, considering wat ur GP feels.. over to d senior colleague

I am getting very little result,I just started taking the propanol nd tryptizol on friday.I will do those test this week.my urine is greenishyellow anytime I take the drugs. I bliv God is in control.

Yea...those symptoms sound like hyperthyroidism symptoms and I did suggest you check you thyroid hormone on my prior posts.

Propanol is a beta-blocker given to combat the effects/symptoms of excessive thyroid hormone release such as your symptoms suggest (and that includes blood pressure)

I am not sure of typizol, is that the correct spelling? Perhaps methimazole or tapazole?

its tryptizol (amitriptyline), twynsta and propranol I take daily.I am tired of these drugs jarey.And I heard that propranol may take like a week before you start getting Some results

Ok. Just treat the high blood pressure then. Engage in healthy lifestyle: exercise, low fat diet. Any drinks that have caffeine in it especially those energy drinks as well as coffee itself.

T wave inversion may or may not be pathologic (problem), that's why I said I needed to interpret it within the context of your history and the rest of the ECG tracings. Since you are young and based on what you have said, I suspect it is not terrible.

Just take the BP meds; and stop caffeine if you take them, get your thyroid hormone checked. Then, I suggest repeating the ECG at some point the near future. Should probably also re-check your BP.

well,if you got this score with your effort,and at the same time you have your WAEC result in one sitting,and your jamb combination is correct.then I believe you can make 70% in your post jamb,which will take you in.

But, still go get those tests I mentioned.

Not realy,all I know is that my mother had hypertension but she was an elderly person.and she faced a lot of challanges while growing up that led to her hbp. Soo ar you saying that T.wave inversion is not that serious?. Cus the doctor I saw prescribed a B.P drug for me and I am getting better now. I need to see the progression of the waves themselves. These numbers mean little. But, you are clearly on the border of tachycardia (fast heart beat, so you are correct in that). Your blood pressure needs to come down.

The questions now is what's causing this? Two things: thyroid hormone dysfunction or arrhythmia.

Tell me of what age you are? Any other medical issues or symptoms that you feel?

Go back to your doc, and ask him/her to get Thyroid hormone function tests; it includes: TSH, T4.

If you cannot post the entire ECG tracings, no problem. But, I would make sure that your doctor reads it properly to ascertain if cardiac arrhythmias of some sort present.

Hemoglobin of 12.9 should not be this symptomatic. I think there's other underlying issues. Obtain an ECG and get a cardiac exam to start with. I suspect cardiac arrhythmia. You can report back if you'd like.
