This is very true. I was on a bike yesterday evening when the bikeman said he had paid up #600 in just a day to bribe different policemen at different checkpoints. My co-passenger simply asked 'For what?', the biker himself couldn't give a definite answer just said that's how they've met it and how will he claim to be different.
