No offense pls! It's good and patriotic that you have your complete papers before driving your car! If you paid for road wordiness, you should wait for your papers to be ready or visit their office often to get them ready for you! You should not drive without complete papers!

The Cele bus stop you stopped, were you suppose to stop there? Was it the right place for private car owners to stop? If it is, fine! The guys that stopped you, were they putting on lastma uniform? If No, then you should stand for your right, and refuse bribery. If they are real lastma officials, and you have all your complete papers and you didn't stop where you were not suppose to stop, You should tell them to take you to their office, walai, they will not!
