As we all know, real estate is all about information, this can better be disseminated through collective and common information source.

Why should we blame Government for Individuals negligence. I work a lot with Doctors and I am sorry to say but most of them have severe arogance which leaves much to be desired. They feel they have monopoly of knowledge and so they find it hard to come to the level of understanding of patients.
Every Patient has the right to be well informed in a clear and understandable Language on the nature and treatment of his/her illness, probably because Nigerian do not sue, they take people for granted.
Some of Them just adminster treatment without consulting the patient to find out his Medical History or His Alergies and they do not even tell you what they are giving you and even if they tell you they do not dso say in Plain Languasge , they make a slight illness seem so mysterious and it scares the patient more than the gravity of the illness.
Apart from that, some just abandon their duty post even when there are cases of emergencies. My Father and i were travelling once and we witnessed an accident, we rushed the Victim to the hospital which was far from the accident scene, the guy was bleed profusely and we overspeed to get to the hospital before something else happens but when we got to the hospital the doctor in charge was escorting his girlfriend and simply ignored us.
My Father had to Call some Big shots before the victim recieved attention.

Can you imagine that i lost my Uncle just becos doctors in the in the hospital were not attending to him.

He was admitted to the hospital and throughout his 1week and some days in the hospital no single

doctor attended to him. And what was there excuse? The doctor to read the scan result had gone for

a seminar. Can you imagine that! leaving your patent to die in the hospital while you attend a seminar

when you are aware only you are the specialist in that field available and u had to go for as long as

1week attending a seminar. I THINK THEY SHOULD START PAY FOR THEIR NEGLIGENCE angry
TV/Movies / Re: Big Brother Africa (bbn) A Show Of Shame by abujal(m): 10:43am On Sep 01, 2007
@ritchboi
i guess i have not been able to figure out the purpose of confining able men and women in a house for 106days
i try to see their reasons but i still cant see any good single reasons. Behaving like Adam & Eve (showing their unclothedness)
is just part of the crazy things they do. if u have been watching the program, you will see that mureen, Merly, loreto, max, code and
kwanu are just flirting out their. what is then essence of the show? Is it to show Their flirting skills, Show how lovely they look in the
bathroom, or probably their is a form of eduction in the show that i am missing out.
Career / Yeye Nigerian Doctors by abujal(m): 6:23pm On Aug 30, 2007
For how long will we continue to put up with the nonchalant and unprofessional ways

of our Nigerian doctors? i think is high time they started paying rightly for their negligence.

If you have been to a government hospital in Nigeria, then you will understand what i am

saying. Not even our best hospital in Abuja (National Hospital) is any different. My be when

we start suing their asses and setting them on fire they will adjust and give us their best.
TV/Movies / Big Brother Africa (bbn) A Show Of Shame by abujal(m): 6:03pm On Aug 30, 2007
I have been watching Big Brother Africa (BBA) for over a week now, but i have not been able to see any sense in the

said program/reality show. The only thing i see is a show and promotion of immorality among our youths. The

contestants should use their productive time to do something that will benefit their various countries than just display

all those shameful act to the whole world. How in heavens name will anyone in his right senses allow him/her to be

televised live naked in the name of reality show "absolute madness," i think we are fast taking the place of animals,

thinking more like animals and less as human being we are suppose to be. I think the organizers of the show should

think of better ways to spend their money, there are a lot of Africans dying of hunger, unemployment is at its highest

and there are lots of potentials and ideas waiting to be taped. The organizers of BBA should take a lead from the

organizers of the bank PHB Intern show, which is what i call a reality show and not a show of shame by some group of

lunatics.
