Pls who knows how much Villa D Crystal Montessori school, Amuwo Odofin pays its staff and work conditions?

I went for an interview around July,I was tested on Maths,English and subject(forgotten what they call it,lolz).. I did the oral interview on that day).They told me they can pay between 30k to 35k..but I said for a start 40k due to the distance of my place to the school.
