Politics / Re: Nigerians React To The Recent Killings 8n Kaduna by Afonjas: 11:37am On Feb 27, 2019
The people being killed by jihadists are Christian minorities, Buhari lost that Kajuru Local Government, so the killings do not surprise me.

El-Rufai and Buhari keep carrying out ethnic cleansing against Christian minority in their land

Politics / Re: Northerners On Twitter And Their Hypocrisy by Afonjas: 11:35am On Feb 27, 2019
Igbobyblood:
The southerners have been insulted since two days now for no fault on their own on twitter.

When results from south west came in first and buhari was leading there, the south west was insulted people were angry why Yoruba people voted the evil man.

When Buhari surprisingly won a wider margin in south east than he did in 2015, igbos and easterners was also insulted saying after everything igbos still voted him.

But when he got to northerners and buhari win massively, just because small insults of less than 5k tweets was directing at them. They went crazy.

They have generated over 50 thousand tweets insulting southerners mostly igbos(which hardly insulted them). The north think anyone that isn't Yoruba are igbos.

They claim and boast of their huge population and power.

I am happy the south(Igbo Yoruba) didn't reply those hurtful comments.

I would rather see them continue their Democratic stance. A closed primary where party members vote nation wide is the best. Nobody had to guess does candidate X have massive support in his state or region. Does he appeal to x. Then we could also get them to debate on issues that are import to party members and nation as a whole.

The Lagos primary was done fair and square. All the APC candidate has to do is win.

Lol you're mentally ill. Go cry in a corner with the rest of the deranged sore losers.

Blue3k:
The promise for Igbo presidency was dependent on support for President Buhari's re-election bid. As the polls show us the region went for Atiku in a high margin. Fashola complicated matters offering SW presidency saying telling Yorubas to vote massively for president buhari.

Anyway party members what do you think. Should APC practice power rotation or do party primary similar to the one practiced in lagos for the Next presidential candidate.

Politics / Re: Atiku Has Only Himself To Blame! by Afonjas: 7:12pm On Feb 26, 2019

Amarabae:
First of all, I want to congratulate President Buhari for his reelection ,
I didn't vote for him but at the end of the day, he won
That's one of the beauties of democracy!
Going through the results of the presidential election from the north, I can't help but admit that I am disappointed at the PDP presidential candidate Alhaji atiku abubakar.
1. Knowing fully well that there is a corruption tag hanging around you, why shouting "you will sell NNPC up and down "
What's the essence of the noise?
And about selling it, to whom?
Likely himself through a proxy and his friends,
That NNPC brouhaha depopularise him.
He should learn how to keep his mouth shut most times.
Does he know how many people lost their jobs when Nitel was sold,
Many Nigerians especially northerners were not comfortable with that selling of NNPC thing.
.
2. He didn't prepare well against rigging and malpractice.
This is Nigeria where elections comes with drama, his presidential campaign organization should have put in mechanism in place to counter that.
And BTW who was the campaign director?
Oh Saraki, who was more focused on retaining his senatorial seat to no avail,
Their whole planning was poor!
.
3. Atiku needs to ask himself why he was unpopular in the north?
I never knew that he was this unpopular,
Losing your polling unit to buhari is a big embarrassment please,
Let's be frank, Buhari smashed the northern votes,
We thought atiku will divide the northern votes, but what we saw was disheartening.
Look at south where his vice president aspirant, Peter Obinna came from, PDP won the highest number of votes in the south,
That means that Peter Obi delivered.
To my suprise, the PDP votes from South west was very impressive
What is Atiku excuse for the poor performance of PDP in the north from where he is from?

.
4. Dear Atiku,
I tried for you,
Supported you,
Voted for you
But hope you are aware, that the buhari you can't defeat, you joined hands in pushing him to aso rock in 2015?
When you were in APC, you left APC, ran back to PDP that you helped in removing from power and now you can't defeat APC and buhari.
Maybe it is karma fighting back!
Who knows!

.
Dear Atiku Abubakar
Accept the defeat in good faith
No need of going to court, it will be subjecting yourself to more ridicule.
You are still a billionaire.
Try again in 2023
But certainly NOT in PDP.
Thank you.
From Oriaku Amarachi

Kaduna is one of the headquarter of Fulani Herdsmen and gunmen, They should have speak in one voice by voting out Buhari if truly they are tired of this mess

Southern Kaduna are majority Christian communities that's why jihadist/islamist always target them, they have called for help but the world is not listening to them.

Someone should compile a comprehensive list of the states Buhari won so that we can know when and when not to give a fvck. undecided

BUHARI DID NOT WIN KAJURU LGA.

TruthinAction:
Now we know APC is back in power or rigged their way back to power. It's really a shock for me to even think he could get 5% vote in some parts of the South. Well, we are here again. What the herdsmen will do is my greatest concern. Will they continue to attack Christian communities. Will Buhari government ever do anything about it? If not, what happens if they come down south? I thought this issue should have been our worry but it appears to be ignored as though the killings are normal.

Don't be silly please. Who named the stadium 'sani abacha', the people of kano state or the government/military regime?

Mohammed abacha has been contesting for the governorship of kano state for about 12yrs now, and in any election he doesn't even get the 2nd position because people don't usually vote for him simply because of his late father's 'atrocity'.

We don't reward corruption here in the north, understand this.

Wrong misconception. Buhari is only loved in the north because of his honesty and integrity, two things that atiku lacks.

A tambuwal candidacy would have given buhari a run for his supporters money....

Buhari is an Islamic extremist that's why the North love him,

Buhari is a criminal and worst than other politicians
