PMAN GOVERNORSHIP!!! Romeo Nyamatsa, Sydney Sparrow Lock Horns As FCT PMAN Elects New Leadership Arrangements have been concluded for the election of new EXCO for Performing Musicians Association of Nigeria (PMAN) FCT chapter with two front runners for office of the governor getting set to test their popularity. They are, Benue-born entertainer Romeo Terhile and his co-contestant, Sparrow. The election is scheduled to hold on September 12 and is the first in a long time, an effort targeted to revive the FCT chapter of PMAN. A popular musician, Dovie Mena (Baba 2010) has for some time been the sole administrator of the chapter, even though not much has been heard about the activities of his office. Romeo Terhile Nyamatsa whose running mate was formerly Angel Twani but recently changed to Precious Chinyere Emehelu has vowed to transform the FCT chapter of the body if elected the governor. Born in Logo LGA of Benue in 1989, Romeo is the CEO of Frontline14 Entertainment an indigenous Entertainment company. He said his aim, along with his running mate is to leave behind, a PMAN that will for all-time, cater sustainably to the actual and aspirational needs of everyone whose interest is situated no matter how subliminal within the FCT music constituency. His manifesto partly reads, "To achieve our legacy intentions for PMAN FCT chapter, a central recognized PMAN secretariat is long overdue to manage the interest of PMAN in Nigeria’s Federal Capital City. "Anyone in all the six (6) Area Councils of the FCT who is not a registered member of PMAN, but whose primary constituency is music, will be tracked using promotional impact vehicles and encouraged to take advantage of the governance structures within PMAN, to actualize their musical aspirations. "We will work round the clock, to grow a PMAN that can interface productively with government and private sector interests in the FCT for the interest of PMAN, until PMAN FCT chapter becomes synonymous with excellence in the music and creative services industry. "The dreams of our founding forebears, was to build a body of musicians who will be relevant, recognized and valued for their invaluable contribution to the coherence of society at large. "It is our earnest and humble intention to drive the administration of PMAN interests in the FCT, to enviable heights, leaving a functional PMAN behind, for succeeding PMAN administrations in the FCT chapter." Sparrow has Kaycee Kline as his running mate and is very active in the showbiz industry. He is a live band specialist who is also into music and movies production. He has remained consistent and one of the most sought-afters in Abuja in matters concerning live band. He enjoys a grassroot support among artistes in Abuja and beyond and not long ago got married to popular OAP, Adaora Onyechere of AIT. His running mate Kaycee Kline is one of the managers of Blake Excellence Resort, a live band artiste who has also made a name for himself in the industry. His manifesto covers the issues of Musicians residing in Abuja and bridging the gap between the association , stakeholders and government, bringing visibility to the budding talents of musicians within the FCT and help develop their talents and curating the works of musician , build a data driven musicology of all Abuja based musicians for Archival documentation and historical reference . Highlighting most critical areas of intervention if elected, he said, "PMAN FCT secretariat( For over 20 years PMAN has been unable to have an official functional space for the convergence of artistes and meetings) "The Need to expand visibility through deliberate partnerships with the FCT as a major stakeholder. "The Consideration for a synchronized welfare system for struggling artistes. "To generate viable interventions to help and support revenue generation for Musicians in the FCT especially Host communities and indigenes who are musicians within the FCT. "To work effectively to collaborate with the National to promote the mandate of PMAN "To build A PMAN that resonates and accommodates the interest of all music groups, talents, personalities and genres. "To support The FCT administration using PMAN as partners to promote the activities of the FCT administration." Analysts have said it would be a keenly contested exercise with the groundswell of interest it is currently generating.

Recall that the investment management and Automobile firm, had as part of activities marking it's 8th anniversary donated reflective jackets, Umbrellas and other security materials to the FCT Police Command to aid insecurities. The items were donated in appreciation of the support of the police in general and FCT command in particular especially in the area of providing conducive environment for the organisation to conduct its businesses. Reciprocating to the gesture and others, FCT police command through command's spokesperson, Josephine Adeh, Commissioner of Police in the command, CP Haruna G. Minister Of Youth: Why Not Professor Christopher Imumolen, That Youngest Presidential Candidate - Nigerians Ask President Tinubu As the current administration is paid to the task of constituting an effective team for the onerous job ahead, not mentioning Professor Christopher Imumolen, that iconic Youth Presidential candidate in the last election would be a deafening silence. There is certainly no gainsaying that His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu had prudently built a ministerial team, a composition of men of diverse political and leadership history poised to pursue distinction against all odds. Recall that in the build up to this momentum, and against the post victory speech of the President which carried pacifying promises for all expectant patriots, especially as he assured inclusiveness and thorough youth representation, high expectations were triggered , particularly because the major concern of Nigerians was how the nation will escape her fearful predicament. Though the president and his team had obviously explored diligence and clairvoyance in their choices of who and who occupied the ministerial seats, many a citizens remain astonished that the person of Professor Christopher Imumolen, who flew the flag of Accord in that heated contest, as the youngest Presidential candidate (39 then) has yet to be considered for a place in this all important leadership, happening at a time that citizens, and indeed, the country need true patriots and rising statesmen at the helms of affairs. That a scholarship scheme which had since inception catalysed academic empowerment of over 500,000 thousand Nigerians(prevalently youths) ; and that through his foundation, countless millionaires were made to depopulate the densely characterized region of the downtrodden appeared like cross disciplinary and extra terrestrial feats by a young man whose only afrodisiac or driving force(if you like) was patriotism and a penchant to be outstanding in pursuing nation building goals. And of course testimonies of his impacts abound in virtually all the states of the federation, including the Federal Capital Territory, FCT. More so, his empowerment relief that touched even the lives of those incarcerated in the various correctional centres, even those unfortunately inhabiting the Internally Displaced Persons camps will continue to speak volumes of his charitable deeds across the strata of the nation. It was this states man like attributes that fueled his presidential ambition where he was juxtaposed with older gladiators. A tech savvy leadership ideologist and social technocrat driven by sheer national integration and development consciousness (which was why his personal political mantra was 'All for All' ), Professor Imumolen had always maintained that the peaceful and progressive coexistence of Nigerians is sacrosanct and outweighs every other consideration. This he had held close to his chest, so much so that his recent call in private and public discourses has been the need for all hands to be on deck as the Nigerian state meanders through her many challenges towards the shore of prosperity - a destination he is sure is attainable via patriotic commitments by both leaders and the led irrespective of ethno religious and political delineations. It is on these premises that a concerted prayer is being made by youths of thought and various leadership observers for a Presidential Consideration that will grant this iconic rising Statesman a place in this crucial dispensation to serve Nigeria, an opportunity they are trustful, will afford him the political strength to make a whole lot of difference and to contribute to meaningfully to this govt which inherited a myriad of socio economic problems that must be tackled in the urgency of now. 1 Like

Miss Ijeoma Obedience Wins Acting Challenge Reality TV Show With Property In Abuja, N1m Cash Prize, Other Offers . The grand finale of season one of the Acting Challenge Reality Show (Buga Da Star) has finally held with Ijeoma Obedience, better known as Oma emerging as the winner with mouth-watering offers including a proper in Abuja and a cash prize of a N1million. Others are 4 movie projects, a trip to Jamaica powered by DIASPORA NIGERIA, and a conference trip to the U.S.A powered by Ann Ogozi N.C.I.A. The grand finale which took place June 1, 2023, in Abuja also saw the emergence of Abolade Olalekun Lanre (Screen god) as the first runner-up with N500,000 cash prize, 2 movie projects, and a trip to Jamaica powered by DIASPORA NIGERIA. Ivie Naomi (Navi) smiled home as the second runner-up with a cash prize of N300,000, 2 movie projects, and a trip to Jamaica powered by DIASPORA NIGERIA. While congratulating the winners, the President/Founder, of Acting Challenge Reality Show and the CEO of Tv Yard Media Limited, Chief Dr. Okoroafor Chukwuemeka Chibuikem(Chucks Chyke) thanked them for enduring the months of tasks while the contest lasted. He said all participants, including those who did not make it to the 1st to 3rd positions, have also been fully equipped to shine in the movie industry across Africa, urging them to make utmost use of the exposure they got from the show. The reality TV show, which commenced May 1, 2023, is targeted at harnessing the potential of Nigerian youths in the entertainment industry, particularly in acting/filmmaking and being a successful entrepreneur. The registration process, which commenced in December 2022, had more than 3,000 contestants participate in the audition exercise, which was concluded at six zones across Nigeria. Thirty contestants who made it to the final selection proceeded to the house from May 1st 2023, where all housemates underwent training/ tasks/ challenges/ and the extra mile to stand out tall for fame in the art. The show was broadcast on dstv, goTv, StarTimes, free tv, and YouTube(Acting Challenge Reality Show) channels. Viewers were allowed to vote for their favourite housemates to become the next superstar. This project was packaged by TV Yard Media Ltd in collaboration with Jhelp Concept Limited, supported by Tenache Homes and Property Limited and other renowned Nigerian companies. This show stands to be one of the biggest capacity-building programs in Africa. Top industry players, including Sam Dede(actor/ film lecturer), Tina Mba(actor/film instructor), Ramsey Noah(actor/ director /consultant), Fredrick Leonard (actor/director), Blossom Chukwujekwu (actor/content creator), Stan Nze(actor/ producer), Humsuk(actor/stunt instructor), Chris Odeh(Producer/film consultant), Paul Vicks Asogwa(Actor/Producer) Bem Pever(producer/director/film lecturer), Alex Mouth(director/ producer U.S.A) and Kayode Peters(actor/director U.K) were on ground to tutor the housemates.
