The points raised by the journalist in the financial times are succinct accurate and precise . Buhari means well for Nigeria it's just the Rouges in power around him that has stagnated the nation.

But the president's master stroke has been in hiding Amaechi from elimination and vetting his turbanning so that way the caliphate must protect him from Tinubu and Osibanjo .

Pessimist and hater of positive news! The project will kickoff next year to your consternation.

I’d rather call him a realist. Air Nigeria comes to mind. Did you find out why 3 years down the line from initial discussions with less than 18 months to the end of this regime they are still using the future tense. Anyways, why am I bothered, even the minister knows this is going nowhere, of course he couldn’t be there in person.

It’s sad that rather than citizens to be excited, they are rather not because of the failed leadership we have spread across the country. This is really saddening indeed! What can we the citizens do to make it impossible for political leaders to make a fool of us by willfully doing as they care with public funds? If this question can be answered, then we will begin to say we are humans.

Imagine also pre-Oshiomole era when he was a labor leader, you’d think he was indeed concerned about the people, fast forward to the time he had an encounter with a poor petty trader, then you’d realize his true person as he made the then famous “go and die” comment at her.

Typically, that is what all our political leaders tell us everyday, directly or indirectly, “go and die”, because we gave them the opportunity to lead us. Isn’t that an ironic form of gratitude?

What can the citizens do to stop this wickedness

These covid peddlers have gone to work on their virus to exterminate the black race . The first wave didn't make the impact they had calculated, so they've gone back to the drawing board to reshuffle its genetic code and drop it on our continent again . But the God that stopped that first wave from destroying us will surely make this new one go back to the senders

How about making your own virus to exterminate the white guys huh? Or what is stopping you? Cooking up bullshit all the time and willing to play second fiddle to the white man.

You are funny ...even if Buhari leaves office the next person will still take us to 1000naira to a dollar. ..I understand we have a fundamental issue of good leadership ...but I don't like the idea of linking it to the quality of education nor qualification a leader has . No leader operate alone . The here the best educated man power but yet they fail...so qualification is not the issue ...the system backed with faulty constitution that gives with one hand and takes with another should be blamed . When shagari was in power ,a cup of rice was 5naira ...yet he was consider a very bad leader ...the military removed him from office ...in conclusion nigeria has been blessed with bad leaders ...one day some of us will be regretting not having Buhari as our leader ....when the next leaders will now make 2000naira to be one dollar.

Your analogy is laughable. See, to be educated is a value nothing can replace. It opens your mind to a whole lot that the uneducated is oblivious about. With this knowledge, your decisions are then defined and your judgements refined. You can never compare a PhD holder to a primary certificate holder, based on what indices will you make the comparison? How can you say education doesn’t matter? Then take someone from your village with primary certificate and make him to head your corporate organization let’s see what happens. Please speak with understanding if you are educated. Knowledge is priceless man.

History and posterity will be fair to you for taking this bold step. Integrity is an uncommon quality among black people.

This is what I expected Osinbajo to do when it became clear that Buhari cannot tell his left from his right. But no, everyone is more interested in their pockets.

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: 650k Salary Hybrid Work For A Start-up Or 350k Salary From Two Remote Jobs. by ahaika23: 2:10pm On Nov 14, 2021
What is the possibility of taking the new job without having to resign from the other two?

Is the new job a remote working job too? If yes, I’d say you take it and manage the first month. You may decide to use this time you accept the new job to take a paid leave from the other two. Maybe you can tell better during the first few weeks of doing the new job on what permanent decision to make.

Bottom line, don’t lose what you have based on promises.

You are already arguing stupidly, man.

Jonathan, one of the best past presidents? Ha! Mogbe! Mention Jonathan's achievements while in office and for every one you mention and I'll mention two reasons why he is the most useless past president.

I don't expect you to take this challenge. And that's ok.

When I was younger and applying to jobs, I use to travel from ph to Lagos passing through ore road. I slept on that road one of the nights due to how terrible the road was. I remember that Jonathan changed that completely. Do you recall, or I should give more details?

We are saying the same thing..

Igbos have no right to demand anything from Yorubas cos they have always voted against Yoruba candidates and have been champions of anti-Yoruba politics in Nigeria since independence.

Azikiwe betrayed Awolowo to form government with Tafawa Balewa and Ahmadu Bello

Igbos betrayed M.K.O Abiola (a Southerner) for Tofa from North.

Igbos voted for Obasanjo over Olu Falae, the candidate Yorubas preferred.

Igbos played a vital role in the marginalization of Yorubas by Goodluck Jonathan and even mocked our elders that went to complain. We took our revenge on GEJ at the polls with our voters card not like Igbos that are killing themselves and destroying their region over perceived marginalization which is nothing compared to how GEJ treated Yorubas.

So you see.. I can't support any Igbo or campaign for one.

How did gej marginalize Yorubas?

Politics / Re: Would You Rather Vote Another Fulani? by ahaika23: 10:56am On Nov 10, 2021
Op tries so well to keep his cool in response to replies, this opens a line of conversation and I like it.

I will speak for myself, as a Christian and southerner, let us be true to ourselves. We are divided along ethnic and religious lines clearly, the political divisions at some point intertwine that is why you have members of a political party voting for another party during elections so won’t be considering the political divide.

Truly, there was once a time that the Yorubas sold and preferred a nepa bill certificate holder to GEJ, throwing every caution to the wind. Make no mistake, this is not forgotten and the ijaws and entire southerners are still very bitter about it moreso given the full scale hardship spread across the people, it is a constant reminder.

Also, the igbos have shown a track record of hardwork, success and resilience, creating wealth from nothing, but strangely enough, they are the one tribe yet to lead the nation amongst other tribes yet. Then again, the Yorubas have been president not too long ago.

Every right thinking Nigerian with a conscience knows this truth that the igbos should lead the country, and among other things, save the disrepair that the Fulani leader has imparted in the nation. If you see this truth as unacceptable to you, then you are also a part of the problem we have.

There are igbos in APC, why are they only pushing Tinubu forward? Because the igbos there already know they can never be given the chance.

If I am faced with Tinubu and Atiku, assuming Atiku takes the ticket of PDP, in all honesty, I will emotionally wholeheartedly vote in Atiku. Because, Tinubu has no business being a president. His insistence on inflicting us the pain called Buhari is all the reason never to give him my vote. I have not talked of his kleptomaniac tendencies which necessitates his need for bullion vans.

If APC presents Femi Adesina and PDP presents Atiku, I will vote Femi without thinking twice. Clearly you can see I have nothing against a Yoruba who has a great track-record.

I'm sure you were in diapers when Jonathan was misruling Nigeria or maybe your memory, just like most Nigerians, is less than 1kB cos I don't know what is there to celebrate about Badluck Jorubbish.

That Buhari is a useless old man fvcking the country in the ass doesn't make Jonathan a saint. Most of you are just too slow to understand that.

Your sense of logic is really undeveloped and I'm not just referring to you as a person, I'm referring to all of you who come up with the "Jonathan is a saint because Buhari is a demon" kinda logic.

I see all of you jumping up and down this thread in glee with your "I told you so..." mentality.

Radarada. Instead of you to sober up and ask yourselves why Nigerians keep electing very terrible people since 1999, but then most of you were still in heaven in 1999 anyways.

Buhari being a complete disaster isn’t what made Jonathan one of the best past presidents we ever had. And that isn’t to say Jonathan had no flaws either. Have sense man, I don’t have strength to argue stupidly abeg.

This matter no be priority, the igbos are busy hawking Tinubu's matter like gala, when they are done, they'll come back to abia to resolve the issue

Not quite, this terrible governor here is trying to outwit Tinubu, sadly, he can’t because his Abia account balance is just a fraction of Lagos state. This is why no matter how Tinubu looted, Lagos State University lectures could still be paid.

Tinubu is a problem because he even publicly showed you a piece of his loot and said to your face “there’s nothing you can do about it”. Nigerians who have sense are worried about having such a person in control of the entire country wealth. Oh boy, your guess is as good as mine.

Remember how Buhari was brought in despite is antecedents, because the people wanted to spite Jonathan? Now they cannot by gas for cooking. His records were there o, for all of you to see, it was not hidden.

Well, maybe it is about to play out again. Of course the stubborn fly will always follow the corpse into the grave.
