@Poster, with the little i have seen on the photographs attached, one can see that the property is located in marshy land that is prone to flooding and looking at the house very well you will see that the house looks desolate and unoccupied. Stop deceiving people with that ridiculous price. Who ever buys the "house" is just buying only the land because the house has to go and the land sand filled before one can enjoy it. This your 4-bed room bungalow is a converted one-bedroom building built by Shagari Regime in those days. I believe the price being demanded is on the high side knowing fully well that the house is on 1/4 (One-quarter) plot of land. The price is outrageous.
