I hope you have cabin filter in your car,pls check.
If there's non your evaporator is clog up with dust.
If yes take it to your technician to use manifold gauge to check the pressure reading when you put on the AC.

Yes I have cabin filter. I probably would just need to replace it.

I drive a Toyota Corolla 2009 model.

Sometimes the AC just starts blowing warm air with visible smoke coming out of the vents.

Then I have to turn it off for some minutes and turn it back on before it continues blowing cold air.

One AC guy here said I should change the compressor to manual.

They are different. They may look alike but if you pay close attention you should spot some differences.

Can I replace the O2 sensor with A/F sensor? Like it doesn't matter

For the codes above, replace the A/F sensor you should be fine.

As for the smell of the chaise fumes, check if the boot closes properly and the weather strip rubber seals properly.

Your car is an OAT type, go for the genuine or any other recommended type I posted there. Mannol or Prestone. They don’t come cheap but get the work done.

I don’t know of any cheaper alternative and I won’t advice for water or some random computed fluids of questionable quality.

There are basically 4 types of coolants for cars:

#1 - IAT (Inorganic Acid Technology)
#2 – OAT (Organic Acid Technology)
#3 – HOAT (Hybrid Organic Acid Technology)
#4 – Dex-Cool.

Toyota Corolla 2009.

The recommended coolant is Toyota corolla super long life coolant.

It's too pricey and hard to get.

That's why I'm asking if there's a cheaper alternative I can use like Total Coolant

Though, the input/turbine speed sensor error is still there even after changing the sensor and rewiring.
