A goat in Muzuwerani Kwa Ndomo, Kilishi County, Kenya gave birth to a kid with two fore legs and four hind legs. This is the third delivery for the mother goat, according to the goat’s owner Omar.

“The goat has given birth twice before to normal twins. However, when it came to the third delivery, I was shocked to see the kid having six legs and the reproductive organ located beneath the legs.It uses the same organ to pass both urine and excrement.” he said.

This woman was allegedly electrocuted by her phone earpiece which she plugged into her ear to listen to music and she slept off.



The unclear part is whether she plugged her phone to a charger circuit of if the phone electrocuted her on its own.

Two Female students of the University of Benin, Ugbowo Campus were hit by an oncoming vehicle at 10:15Am sunday morning,19th July 2015.

The two girls were hit by an Army Vehicle with the inscription “Thunder Storm Patrol 28″ while they were crossing the Lagos/Benin Expressway which is just in front of the school gate.

it was gathered that the 200 level philosophy student named Halim Rita Awele (picture above) was dead while the other girl is in critical conditions. She is currently suffering from internal Bleeding.

Student of the university has taken to the street to protest for Speed breaker and fly over to prevent reoccurrence….

A 25-year-old man, Tochukwu Madu, has set himself ablaze after a failed attempt to kill his mother with a cutlass.

The tragedy, which occurred on Wednesday, also led to the razing of their bungalow situated on No. 12 Bonny Street in Umuahia, Abia State.

Part of the building, located at the heart of the state capital, serves as stores for traders, who have converted the street to a mini-market after the relocation of the Umuahia Main Market from a nearby location to Ubani.

According to an eyewitness and a tenant in the building, Mrs. Precious Madu, the culprit, a notorious Indian hemp smoker, attacked the mother around 10:30 pm after locking her up in their two-room apartment.

Another source said he inflicted several deep cuts in the mother’s head and upper arm until she slumped and pretended to be dead before he left her to kill their dog, which was barking inside the compound.

But before he could return to complete his mission on the mother, the woman had managed to escape through the window.

The culprit was said to have made a move to slaughter his elder brother whom he had also locked up in another room, but the brother was smart enough to escape through the ceiling.

The police were quickly alerted by neighbours who noticed the strange development.

When the police arrived the scene and started searching for the suspect, he was said to have disappeared into one of the rooms in their house where he securely locked up himself.

He was said to have poured fuel on himself and set himself on fire that also gulped the entire building.

“As the police were looking for him and could not see him, what we noticed suddenly was that smoke started coming out from one of the rooms. Before it was broken, the whole house was already up in flames.

“When finally, the door to the room was broken, he was found burning and efforts to save him proved abortive as he died immediately as a result of severe burns,” the source said.

Mrs. Madu (tenant), who said she lost all her property to the inferno, appealed to the government and public-spirited individuals to come to her rescue and that of other tenants, adding that nobody could save a pin from the house.

When Southern City News visited the scene of the incident on Thursday, charred cloths and tailoring materials were observed in one of the rooms, which served as a workshop for a tailor.

The rooms were also littered with burnt household items and personal belongings while the roof of the house was damaged by fire.

Meanwhile, the mother is currently hospitalised at the intensive care unit of the Federal Medical Centre, Umuahia, where doctors are still battling to save her life, following deep machete cuts inflicted on her by the deranged son.

An officer of the state fire services, Mr. Chukwuemeka Okezie, who helped to put out the fire, told our correspondent that if not for the timely intervention of his men, the fire would have spread to other buildings in the neighborhood.

He called for quick and united action against drug abuse and Indian hemp consumption, especially among youths and observed that drug abuse had been on the increase nationwide.

When contacted, the Police Public Relations Officer, Mr. Ezekiel Onyeke, confirmed the incident, describing it as ‘very unfortunate’.

Onyeke said the wounded mother had been responding to treatment and appealed to parents to report any of their children or wards suspected to be consuming any form of hard drug to the law enforcement agents for necessary actions to avoid any form of colossal damage.

Borniface Madu, 71, a security guard resident at PTI Roadin Effurun, near Warri, Delta State, has died after having marathon with an unidentified woman.

It was gathered that the deceased had received an unknown female guest last Thursday in his place of work during nightfall and allegedly had s*x with her before giving up the ghost in mysterious circumstances.

His family members and the owner of the property where he lived have expressed shock over his death, saying he showed no sign of poor health even with his old age.

It was further learnt that the security guard was working as gateman in a compound whose owner is not always around except the younger brother who occasionally comes around to sleep in the house with his lovers.

The Police PRO in the State, DSP Celestina Kalu, confirmed the incident but alleged that the woman came into the premises for fear of security agents chasing prostitutes out of the streets of Warri adding that wrappers of the woman was found in one of the rooms.

The body of the security guard was discovered by the younger brother of the owner of the compound after his efforts to drive into the house on his return from a club house failed on the fateful night.

He was said to have reported the matter to the police station in Effurun Division prompting the police to swing into action for investigation.

What would have turned out to be a major national calamity was narrowly averted on Friday evening as an Aero Contractor Airline Flight 180 from Lagos to Kaduna developed technical fault mid-air.

The aircraft with over 120 passengers aboard, was said to have suddenly lost altitude, 20 minutes after it departed the domestic wing of the Murtala Muhammed Airport, Lagos, forcing the aircraft to wobble in the air for well over one hour before it was eventually diverted to Abuja.

One of the passengers on board the flight, Prof. Ishaq Akintola, a university don and director, Muslim Rights Concern, MURIC, said that the flight took off from Lagos at exactly 6.30pm.

He said that, 20 minutes into the flight, the aircraft lost altitude and the passengers had to make use of the oxygen mask as the plane continued to wobbled, while dropping steadily.

‘The plane lost altitude, 20 minutes after take off. No more oxygen and we had to make use of the oxygen mask. We saw smoke outside of the plane, probably coming from the engine compartment.

‘At this time, the whole plane was thrown into commotion. People screamed, some fainted. Prayers upon prayers were offered. Some shouted Allah, others Jesus,” he said.

Professor Akintola said that it was in the midst of the commotion, that the crew, whom he commended for their professionalism and unusual calmness announced that the plane would be diverted to Abuja.

‘While the pilot was making the announcement of the flight diversion, I noticed that his voice was trembling. He told us that Abuja was 120 miles away and that we would land in 25 minutes. But we were not sure we would make it.

“In fact, I quickly recited the Kalimah (The Quranic invocation of the oneness of Allah), believing that the end had come,” Prof. Akintola said, in a series of Blackberry messages to New Mail.

He said that the plane finally touched down in Abuja at about 9.00pm and upon landing in Abuja, the officials of the airline told the devastated passengers that the fault would be hurriedly repaired and that the plane would proceed to take them to Kaduna, their original destination.

However, as at the time he spoke with New Mail at about 9.30pm, he said he was already in a taxi taking him from Abuja to Kaduna as he could not risked been “flown in the same aircraft that was divinely saved from crashing.”

“As am talking to you, I am now in a taxi taking me to Kaduna. They said they wanted to repair the plane and that we should wait so it takes us to Kaduna. Allah forbid. They asked how many of us wanted to disembark and almost everybody came out,” he said.

A choirmaster, Adewale Babalola, was yesterday arraigned before a Yaba Chief Magistrate’s Court in Lagos for allegedly raping a 16-year-old chorister.
Babalola, 36, who lives on Maxwell Ijeh Street in Aguda, Surulere, Lagos, is being tried for alleged unlawful sexual intercourse.
The Nation reports that,Prosecuting Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Godwin Anyanwu said the accused took undue advantage of his relationship with the teenager as her choirmaster at the Christ Our Light Glory Church, Sanya in Surulere, to commit the crime.

“The girl told her father, who is also an evangelist in the church that the accused lured her into his room and forcefully raped her.
“The father reported the matter to the General Overseer of the church, but no action was taken which compelled the victim’s father to report the matter at the police station,” Anyanwu said.

If you’ve ever travelled between Abuja to Lagos, this won’t surprise you!
(Some Nigerian soldiers, Police and “The Man-in-Orange” in these photos who claimed to be a uniformed man in mufti will be the subject of this poor narrative).

Between Lokoja and Okene, we witnessed a fresh auto accident and immediately disembarked to help accident victims. However, what happened to us next was the most despicable act of callousness by Nigerian security agents.

So, after we assisted the victims by arranging for their evacuation in a pick-up van driven by Road Safety officials, we left the scene after giving physical and little financial support to some of the victims. Unknown to us, the man in orange T-shirt had secretly gathered and met with the policemen and soldiers on the scene, as we meant to leave the scene they pounced on us.

We suspected that they were uncomfortable with our documented recordings of the properties of the victims left behind or the mere fact that most of them except the FRSC officials stood by and refused to assist the victims, well, in the the most bizarre manner these armed officials ordered us to delete all the footage we might have taken of the accident scene (these include photos and videos).

Surprised, we asked why they singled us out considering that the fat man in orange T-shirt and some accident victims recorded the scene as well. What followed is better imagined. The soldiers threatened to eliminate us if we refuse to delete out footage. Meanwhile, all of them (soldiers and policemen) except the road safety corps refused to take the accident victims to the hospital. The police requested we buy them petrol, the soldiers said they couldn’t help because they can’t tell if the victims are terrorists. The rest of the story will be told in due course!

Just as many are anticipating the week-long Sallah celebrations, the family of late Mr Azeez Ibrahim wouldn’t be taking part in this sacred event joyfully as they hoped- An indiscriminate shooting in Shomolu area of Lagos led to the death of their own ward; who was shot in the arm, and died some hours later in a gutter infront of his residence.

Recently, the people of Shomolu have been experiencing
recurring fights between cult members within the vicinity, with robbery activities also present; it has been torrid times for them.
Ibrahim, whom many observed to be friendly and warm, ended
up being the victim of this rather irrelevant cult blitzkrieg.
On that night, October 11, the victim was apparently heading
out of his home to buy something, unknown to him that it was his last night on earth.

According to a close source who witnessed the tragic event, the bandits drove into his street and started shooting sporadically, and one of the live bullets met Mr Azeez on his arm, very close to a gutter. Due to the excruciating pain from the wound, he opted to fall into a nearby gutter to avoid being hit by another bullet. That move was indeed fruitless, as he ended up hitting his nose on the tarmac before falling into the chute.

Albeit, he didn’t die immediately from that collision, the late
discovery of his body by the concerned searchers resulted to
his death.
He was discovered 3 hours after being shot.

A Three storey building collapses at ibrahim taiwo street,ahmadu bello road kaduna metropolis,eye witness said at about 2pm this afternoon the weak building suddenly snicked down with a loud noise and noting less than 30 casualties are involved.

As at the time i took this photos security men had taken over the building and rescue team are on the look out for survivors.

A mysterious bird according to members of the St.augustine Catholic church,Demekpe,Makurdi turned into a human being after gaining entrance into the church through the front entrance door.

An Eye witness gave accountant of this strange incident:

" We closed for our usual choir meeting, and about closing the church when a bird forcefully entered the church and fell to the ground. In minutes, it became a live human being "

Eye witnesses also revealed that an angry mob almost resorted to setting the man ablaze, but several pleas from the church members helped calm the mob.

The mysterious man is said to be Tiv, and hails from Zaki-biam (a village in benue state)

He has been arrested and currently at D-division police station in makurdi.

Few hours ago, a female 300 level student of federal university of technology minna Niger state and her boyfriend from the Niger state collage of education almost committed suicide. She drank from a bottle of the popular insecticide called “sniper” otherwise known
as “otapiapia” She did this to prove her innocence to her boyfriend after he accused her of sleeping around.

The guy caught her with another dude in a disturbing position at mobil junction. Amenbovillage gathered that, he refused to answer her calls.
She wrote a text to him suggesting that there was no life for her without him and that she was going to kill herself. It became serious when the guy rushed to her house in fright and found that she had swallowed half of the poison in the bottle, an amount that should be able to wipe out a colony of cockroaches.

Here is the unbelievable part. Now you’d expect our hero AKA Mr boyfriend to save his damsel by rushing her to the hospital with tears in his eyes while the romantic theme music plays in the background…but that didn’t happen, we heard that he took the left over poison and poured it down his gullet into his own stomach.

This poison is expected to kill the stomach cells, then diffuse into the blood stream and de-oxygenate the
blood and kill the brain bit by bit; slow painful death!

By miracle they survived. They are both alive and receiving treatments.
This reminds me of Romeo and Juliet.
