My bro, I'm not saying anybody should believe me.

It's good internet doesn't forget.

The generations coming will search google one day and see this

From their own statement, Nigeria is their fathers' estate and they are out to take the territory their fathers conquered for them

You cannot have such people at the helm of affairs in a country as diverse as Nigeria and expect the country to move forward

I'm sorry its painful but true
I know and I thank God for Nairaland which played a huge role in awakening me to reality starting with Ese Oruru saga after I read what some of them stated... that was when I started visiting the politics section often.

If you want to to know what Arewa is planning for your future; ask nicely.

Otherwise I admonish duk iyan arewa to ignore this thread.
You always think you can command everyone. See how you responded as if you are talking to cow up North instead of answering questions put forward to you or do I look like your slave you order around? how else do you expect me to ask or how nicely do you expect me to ask?

Answer the damn question, will you?

The country is at boiling point because the North is taking every other regions for a fool and a ride but times are changing... guess what? CHANGE is the only constant thing in life. If you all up North think you can continue with this method to politics that you are playing, trust me, CHANGE will defeat you at the right time.

So, I ask you again, what is the plan of the North for Nigeria. I want to know, I am asking, let me hear from the horses mouth.

Truth is very bitter but I will say it the way it is.

The agenda is simple

To make Nigeria a Caliphate under the rulership of the Sultan of Sokoto

This cannot be achieved with restructuring, state policing, resource control and all the bla bla

Now I didn't say Islamization as some people think because muslims from other regions will never become the Sultan.

Islam is only a very useful tool because that is what they use to deceive their fellow muslims in other parts

Except Nigerians arise and stop the Fulanisation agenda

Nigeria will never move forward

I am not unaware of this but it would be tantamount jumping into conclusion and that is why I want them to come forward and speak their mind, at least, let us hear from the horses mouth! abi?

what is the plan of the North for Nigeria?

I am specifically asking you this question because I know as a Southerner, we want progress as it is evident in our dealings, no matter the approach deployed.

What is the plan of the North for Nigeria?

You have rejected resource control,

You have rejected restructuring and regional government,

You have rejected state police==> https://www.nairaland.com/4357691/middle-belt-groups-afenifere-others

You have rejected ranching of your cattles... to stop the killings going on.

all the above were heavily supported by the South BUT you rejected all in the name of one borrow religion or ethnicity.

So, I am asking you, what is your plan for Nigeria? I can't understand how you keep opposing everything to move me forward and you expect me to be calm when my mates in other African climes and making progress.

You don't need the Igbo for any formal coalition. The Igbo are already standing up to the Hausa/Fulani and have paid dearly doing so. All you need to do is stand up and be counted, then the coalition will form naturally without having to make declarations.

Sometimes I wonder why Southerners tend to be very foolish. Does western education make people more wise or more foolish, I keep on asking myself.

As a middlebelter who knows much about the core-north, let me highlight what you have said about the differences of the north.

Foolish southerners don't know that the core-northernerns have even worse differences among themselves, they only try to hide it and bury their differences when it comes to politics, but southerners will rather wash their dirty linens in public and fight dirty.

Up till today, most Kanuris of the north -east find it difficult to pray behind a Hausa Imam. A Hausa man cannot lead prayers in Maiduguri or any other Kanuri area, it is impossible. Kanuris consider Hausas to be inferior muslims.

On the other hand Hausa-fulanis consider most middlebelt and northern minority muslims as fake muslims. If you doubt, ask people who witnessed Jos or Kaduna or Kano religious crisis, they will tell you how Hausa fulanis murder Nupe, Gwari, Bariba, Ebira and Igala muslims. .......Yet when it comes to politics, they will sweep all this under the carpet and unite.

See the current massacre going on in Zamfara. It is nothing but fulani herdsmen killing Hausa farmers, but the wise Core-northern leaders call it banditry, hoodlums and robbery attacks, for the sake of unity...... Men, even me myself, I dobale for these people. They are masters at their game......
Times without number, fulani herdsmen and Hausa farmers have clashed, but the way they cover it in the core-north, you won't know.....

Now, the differences btw southerners has never escalated to the level of killing each other, yet their mouths are always louder to talk about their differences...... What a short-sighted group of deluded fools.

You better start brushing up on your history since you seem not to know much of it. Ojukwu fought a 3 year war of independence under unbelievable odds. If you people were expecting him to present himself and his family to his enemies to be used for target practice then keep waiting, for that would have been stupid on the part of Ojukwu. As for the many Biafran kids that died, what killed them was the evil called "one Nigeria" and not Ojukwu.

Stop talking nonsense. After Ojukwu, the most recognised Biafran War Hero is Philip Effiong.

Food scarcity can always be used to bring anything to its knees but it should be noted that it was British Warships that blockaded Biafra and prevented the massive importation of food and Arms into Biafra by Ojukwu. Had Britain stayed neutral, Nigeria would not have won the war.

Sorry bro but IPOB is not a violent organisation and they do not kill people. IPOB agitation is still there and it is full blown underground. Operation Python dance convinced most people sitting on the fence that Nigeria is a sinking Ship. The only reason people have not yet gone back to the streets is the unresolved court issues.

As I said before, IPOB is not a violent organisation. It is not going to kill anyone. The calm that people see is one that is decieving because neither IPOB nor the agitation has gone away. IPOB is waiting for its judgements in court. The lifting of its proscription, the declaration of Python dance as illegal and the interpretation of sections 217 are all in court.

The agitation for for freedom and independence has no expirey date. If it is 2 million faliures it takes then thats what it takes. Nigeria has long failed anyway

Consider a paternity test because Igbos dont have your sort of slave mentality

The day Igbos are not in one country with Yorubas will be a glorious day for the Igbo nation.

The point of this thread is that Igbos and Yorubas are fools and their disunity is the loophole in the south, with south east being the bigger fool cos they are good at making too much noise with no concrete strategy.

Come to look at it, it is not just a case of tribal war but a battle of superiority ego between. Both factions.

At the end of the day, your stupidity gives the North upper hand to drag the rest of the country backwards.

My overall budget is 2M for everything (I don't want to spend too much for wedding). Now the problem is, my fiancée is asking for 500K to buy her personal needs for the wedding that's excluding her family lists. She said without the 500K she's not interested in the wedding. I believe she's asking because she knows I have it. I really love her and I don't want to loose her, should I give her or I should let go? Please I need a good advice of what to do.

bla bla bla..

I have no time for your bullshit.. And if you must know, I prefer Northerners to you uncultured, hateful beings who still carry hate from the civil war around.

As for your last paragraph, Igbos are politically foolish.. TRUE!
But Yorubas? FALSE!

You talk of resources.. What do you parasites have in South East or contribute to the economy other than do attache to SS and be claiming Oil.

The day Nigeria splits is the day you parasites will realize your true status and likely turn beggars.

South West that has everything sef don't brag, It's Igbos that have nothing that make the loudest noise.
Rubbish!

Who told you South East does not have resources... when there is an oil company in Imo and Anambra... so what are they doing there?

I was not born when the civil war broke out and in my own view, only foolish dunce carry such around on their head. I am not stupid to do such. What is in the past is in the past, that is why I don't tag along with many of these guys on nairaland who use that as their point of argument everytime. In my father's compound, I do not even see any of my cousins talking much about it, except for one of my dad's elder brother's first son.

Last time I was in the east, I asked my cousin who grew up in the east what she thought about Nnamdi Kanu and his IPOB noise, she just laughed it off and said they are wasting their time. The only time I spoke in favour of the IPOB agitation was when I saw the ethnic bias of Buhari and his fulani cohorts which further expanded his hatred for the Igbos coupled with Igbo leaders who took part in that drama.

Yeah, the North is good... they have rejected restructuring, they have rejected state police, they have rejected resource control...

my question is, what kind of country do you wish for your unborn kids what do you hope they remember you for? You will leave this world soon, so what would you want your children feel about the NIGERIA? until North begin agree to things that will move this country forward, I can never be part of their scheme nor see them my friends.

Are you minding the idiots?

They want a United South where Igbos that are smaller in population to Yorubas will dominate.

That has always been their undoing and I hope someday, they won't push us to a war that will wipe them all out entirely.

I don't know why they are hell bent on provoking Yorubas. If you give them chance, they'll add SW states to their useless biafra.
Rubbish pipu.
At the end of the day, we all will suffer for the foolishness... tueh. Who told u I am even in support of Biafra? A struggle that lack solid foundation, one designed to plunge people into more suffering? Was that not part of the reason why I say Igbos are not smart but brave?

The Northerners you're trying to pull down are a million times better than your people.

You talk of development as if it'sthat easy.

Niger state alone is × 2 the size of all your 5 SE states combined yet you can't develop. Now compare your size to that of the North and see if your wirteup makes sense.

If SW is still backward as you claim, why can't your people stay back in their enclave?

Why do they run to SW in their millions every blessed day to inconvenience Yorubas?

Stop over-estimating your importace as you lots are only being tolerated for the time being.
Alariwo, noise maker...

I am not here to take any sides... it is what it is. The North can never be better than us, if not for the disunity in the South who is the North?

The North is better than the South East, yet they need federal supports to rebuild regions devastated by Boko Haram, where did the FG help the South East after the civil war?

I will never hate a Yoruba man. As matter of fact, my closest fellow hustler is Yoruba guy.

You ALARIIWO is a Northern mole in the South even if you claim to be from the South West. You always support everything North.

Again, the Yorubas and Igbos and politically foolish...

"it started as usual, Igbos who are emotional toddlers filled with so much uncontrollable and unforgiving spirit and bile couldn't contain their emotions and they let out their usual pent up anger over a past many didn't even experience--the biafra war."... In your words, need I remind you that friendship is not by force.

The hatred is mutual, get use to it. You don't need us and we don't need you. Tinubu is busy running up and down, you wouldn't call him selfish betraying the South, and want friendship from an enemy.

I don't care if Buhari wins another election, majority of my people are entrepreneurs, they will hype the price of commodities if need be.

I wouldn't want to defend most of your points, but my joy is that by 2030, the world would have faced off the use of fuel engine cars, when cruel oil will have little or no meaning, then... Let's see the shitthole will stand as a nation.

Everybody who does not align with your hateful spleen is a Yoruba...I didn't feel the heat of Buhari's regime and never will. I am a born hustler like any igbo/Nigerian person out there and will always be. As matter of fact, Buhari's regime made me 10X smarter and more daring!

ALL it will cost me to is to find a need in the country and fill it!

It is the survival of the smartest!
