You don't understand one bit of the person you quoted! He didn't mention 'temperamental', he said read about temperaments. I know you will start arguing right now. But let me help you with a few concepts, and then go look them up for your own enlightenment.

1. Choleric.
2. Sanguine.
3. Phlegmatic.
4. Melancholic.

Go and study, my friend.

Oh okaaay... I understand all those stuffs actually but I've never been a fan of them. People most times use them as excuses to cover their bad behaviors.

Have you read about temperaments? Two opposing temperaments from two good people cannot hold a relationship.

Being temperamental cancels the "good".
A "good" person should be slow to anger and quick to forgive.

As for speaking in tongues, if it is communication that is not by you, and not to you, when then will there ever not be a need for a power to control you in order to achieve it? undecided

Where did you get this idea that it becomes like a second language from? undecided

You don't even have the ability to control the speaking of this language, let alone full understanding of what it is you are saying...for all you care, some power remote controls you into speaking it whenever He desires....so how does it become a second language to you? undecided

It's about context here...
I meant to say that when you engage more in speaking in tongues, at time comes when you don't struggle to speak it unlike when one is newly baptized. I'm referring to the stage where one can pray in tongues for five hours straight...

That's a point where you don't need any power to "control" you before you start speaking. You do it at will, anywhere and at anytime.
Religion / Re: Is Speaking In Tongues Trainable Or A Gift? by anochuko01(m): 10:51am On Sep 05, 2021
Both... You're given as a gift, and as you keep engaging it, it becomes like a second language to you.

NB:
No nobody "teaches" you how to speak in tongues.

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: The Plight Of HND Holders In The Nigerian Labor Market by anochuko01(m): 9:17pm On Aug 24, 2021
Adaorababy:
I can relate to this dehumanizing treatment. The dichotomy does not end in when applying for jobs. Even when you're working in that company. You can't go beyond a step on the ladder as an HND graduate. Many times, HND holders are used as contract staff while their BSC counterparts are permanent staff. Very dehumanizing. However, in all fairness, it's easier to get a job as an HND holder than as a BSc holder because they are subjected to meagre pay and most Nigerian firms follow the use and dump approach.

I started to notice this disparity during NYSC whilst commencing the orientation registration process. I heard something like this. Graduates from Federal universities, form first line., Foreign universities, second line Private university, third line, state university, fourth line, Federal and State polytechnics, be on the 5th line and colleges the 6th line.
That profiling was all shades of wrong on every side. As I was waiting for my category to be called, I remember how my self esteem dropped drastically. Seeing most of the polished in first, second, third and fourth lines and I had to just be on the fifth line. Why The annoying thing is that many people in the 5th and 6th lines looked one kind. Majority of them had natural low self esteem, could not communicate properly, and looked very dull. I felt bad that a bright HND holder like me that graduated with distinction in Banking & Finance could be ridiculed this way. Because of this, throughout my three weeks in camp, I refused to participate in camp activities. Although, it was not difficult to get a job in the financial sector, in fact, I was employed within 4months of completing the NYSC one year program but I could not also watch people that were still in secondary school while I already joined the bank, graduate from the University and become my boss. They had promotions, better career path, were giving cars while my salary remained same for 9years as a contract staff. This was what led to me quitting working in the bank despite my long years of working in the bank and having a PGD and masters and performing excellently well in my designated functions. I was angry that even though, the dichotomy between HND and BSC prevented me from being converted, why wasn't I converted despite furthering and having a masters degree?

School is scam!!! Nigeria is scam!!!

I'm really sorry about your plight. It's well...
However, hnd graduates need to understand that pgd is only useful in the educational sector. It's better to face the stress of getting a bcs rather than a pgd

Continue what? How would you ask a Federal institution to stop taking data of a global pandemic...? When people are even saying they're understating the actual figures.

Let's simply be thankful that it hasn't been so deadly here and let's observe safety protocols.

It's just silly to start bashing ncdc for posting figures

Don't be a fööl, you can clearly see what happened at the peak of this thing all over the world. Asides South Africa, the other part of the continent has been less hit. Do you expect the government to just assume that there's nothing wrong?

It's true that alot of people are "eating" from the pandemic but that still doesn't make it non-existent. Nobody has asked you to sit at home, they're only saying you should take caution and observe safety protocols.

Or is that too much for a sane person to adhere to?

Romance / Re: Ladies Dating Quiet Men, Share Your Experiences by anochuko01(m): 5:16pm On Aug 17, 2021
LadyRosa:
Lol...
As I stubborn reach na so so quiet men dey date me. So I've had great experience from past relationships and currently another quiet one dey my side. What I noticed with them

They are highly intelligent, don't talk much, don't mingle much, social function almost zero.
Them sabi cook oooo! Few clothes, expensive or not, they are well arranged, ironed. No scatter scatter. So once I'm looking for something they help me look for it because I go scatter their wardrobe and leave it like that! No time! angry

They are calculated and secretive. Don't gossip at all. Going into their house and coming out seems like sneeking around, so people don't know if they are in or out.

Don't like loud music. Those who go to club rarely dance, them go dey laugh who dey dance undecided. When they decide to party, the subsequent days makes them really dull and want to 'rest'. Even during outings after few laughs and a drink with plenty water, next na to pick their car keys or flag down a taxi , time to go angry angry angry

Don't wear loud bright dresses. Dull dresses are their Craze.

Observe rather than talk. When they talk everyone is silent.

No toasting, they were too shy to say their mind. They will look and make few remarks, then look again. Relationship usually start from me taking the lead by keeping them talking with questions. "Do you like me?" that's enough to make them blush with relief and acceptance. undecided undecided

Spend thrifts. Show offs is foolishness to them. Not really into social media, few pics, most times like to be anonymous. Also, they can be nasty in secret. angry

Gadget lovers. Will spend money on the latest Playstation.Dont mind playing against computer for hours. Those who don't like video games, hardly watch football matches or are simply in different about sports. The passionate ones likes to watch it indoors, if they must watch outside na only them go sit down one corner for chair like zombie.
Simplicity. Eating out is not their need, so if they must, mostly snacks rather than cooked food. Neat freeks! undecided
Forgives easily but with serious warning.
Don't like the silent treatment during quarrel. They will appear calm at first but, Na lie grin grin. Just pretend you no longer find them attractive or appealing and all hell breaks loose.
Not too romantic but very supportive and reasonable. Calm in the face of overwhelming trouble. Why others are panicky, they keep clear head, and think of solving issues diplomatically.
The ones who cheats do it well. You may never notice because they will never pick the other woman's frantic calls, if them too disturb they block them temporarily till further _drilling notice.Them no just like wahala from nags.
Have soft spot for women and can easily be manipulated to give out cash to them even without sleeping with them. Even an ex will continue to reap them off angry angry Even if they are no longer interested.
Don't get angry easily, but when they get you'd be sorry. Really really sorry and disappointed in yourself. They will lay all your 4ck ups and corner your defense on every angle grin grin

But them still dey talk o, but na inside house. Abuse them and meet a brick wall, no reaction. As my mouth sharp reach, I don't use bad words on them like I do on the street,They hardly use insults to drive home their point once an argument be like say e won bring insult, they ignore and find their way out. There are people that their level of maturity controls what you say.

Modified :
Seems all NL guys suddenly are now quiet guys.

You deserve every good thing in life embarassed
