Dating a lady for about 18months now,once a while she still call me the name of the GUY who suppose to be her EX-boy friend. I need your candid advise, what is the meaning of this and what do i do?

lets be frank about this job search,fidelity called about 25 out of the number that passed there text and they are starting work on tuesday,ie tommoro.the worst is that no one can clearly state the criteria they used.i scored 73,26years and a 2.1 graduate but was not called.soooooooooo,what criteria did they adopt.
