Thank you for your response. Tuition fee is about $9000(first semester)and $1600 acceptance fee has been paid. She didn’t submit study leave because she works in a well known organization which doesn’t give study leave but will allow you to rejoin when you return. The company’s policy on this was attached to the application. She doesn’t have travel history Please what can be done better in reapplication? Pee2Jay9: |

Well done to the admin My brother’s wife application was rejected few days ago due to the following reasons below • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence. • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit. • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your current employment situation. • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status. Here are the documents submitted for the application -Statement of accounts(husband and wife) with total balance of about 10m -Her pension account of about 800k -Landed Property worth 15m in husband’s name -letter of employment & promotion (husband&wife) -6 months payslip(wife only) -letter of introduction from employer(husband and wife) -notarized letter of responsibility from the husband -admission/acceptance letter from the school -acceptance payment receipt from school -letter of English proficiency from university (first degree) -police clearance -upfront medical NB: She has a little baby of 8months old that will accompany her to Canada and her application was submitted along with her one. Please is there anything they are not doing well so that it can be corrected as they reapply? |
