OGreene: Ogreen... how u dey nah? Longest time... well, why is the margin between the cost personally and total amount for the trip so much? The Living expenses is even too much, if she's staying with a friend, 200-300 will be fine. Your calculation is not even right, check well.... £785+£500= £ 1285... Thats much bro. Make sure her friend sends her prove of accommodation oo. Seems Money don make u forget so many things. Lol |

justwise: Thank you Justwise, I told her the same thing that I dnt believe she lost the refusal note but after she narrated her story, I realised she actually misplaced it. She said it's almost 6 years ago, that she couldn't remember the content vividly. Since she doesn't remember the content, what do you think she should do? Submit fresh application or she should just admit the discrepancies about the DOB issue and explain how the Agent messed things up for her in 2010. I have givn her my own candid advise but I really want to seek for more opinion from my bosses on here. |

justwise: She needs the refusal note so as to be sure if she has been banned and if not, then she can reapply, she doesn't want her passport seized by the embassy. But is it possible for the embassy to seize her passport? |

Good evening everyone, justwise, iblaw, worry, tunde etc, I need ur urgent contribution on the issue below-. A friend of mine applied for UK visa in 2006 in which an agent advised her to do invitation letter but she was refused and didn't win appeal, She later applied for another UK visa in 2010 through an agent who collected money from her . During the application the agent advised my friend not to disclose in the new application that she has applied for Visa in 2006, As a novice, she agreed and she clicked No, that she has never applied for a UK visa Becos the Agent said, she applied with the Old passport, that the Embassy won dectect the initial application, since she didn't do biometrics and that the DOB on the old passport is different from the one on the E-passport. She submitted and the application came out unsuccessful and the Embassy stated that she claimed she has never applied for UK visa but during their search, they found a resemblance in an application that was made in 2006 which bears same name but different DOB. In conclusion, The ECO stated that if they have any reason to doubt her application next time it may attract 10yrs ban . she has travelled to US, Canada N some part of Europe. Now she wants to apply for UK visa and she couldn't find the refusal note again. Kindly give ur candid advise on what to do to secure her UK visa, thanks |

Needmore: Well, your passport was either sent to the immigration office for verification and since you had a fake stamp on the passport then it has to be seized, so forget the passport. You even need to thank God cos It's a case that could lead you to kiri kiri. Although, sometimes they just use shakara for applicant to own up to the allegation, you should have use ogboju for them too, you had nothing to loose but it's over 5 months now so UK and Ireland is a no go area for you right now. You know what, start building another travel history prior when u want to apply for Yankee Visa, go to Ghana if you can afford it, apply for another SA visa, go and come back, then apply for Yankee. I want you to know that UK ban is not the end of ur life, God might be telling you that you are not on the right path. If you build a good travel history, you will definitely be in American before the yeye 10 years ban lapses. Always remember that at this stage, No more Agent, No more fake docs, and no more rushing Pls. A friend of mine who was deported from china, UK, jailed in Dubai for 2 month was given 2 years yankee visa with his family last month, Always pray before taken any step bro. Cheers 3 Likes |

Needmore: Sorry to hear about the BaN, but wanna ask you few questions 1. What year did you apply for the UK visa? 2. On which of th passport was the fake ghanian - seme stamps? 3. On which passport is the SA visa and entry stamps? 4. Can you go to Ghana by road just for 2-3 days? 5. Which passport are u gonna present to the US Embassy? Upon receipt of your answers, expect my response. |

worry359: I agree that the 10yrs Ban will remain but I disagree with the fact that he should write a short note stating what to the US Embassy That he's being banned in the UK? Lailai, I disagree!!!. I am not gonna encourage him to lie about his application but UK and US are two different embassies, the deed has been done and he has learnt his lessons, Start building a new and clean travel history, He should go to Ghana by road with his passport and he's gonna get a genuine stamps on his passport, Apply for another southy Visa, go there and come back to apply for Yankee Visa, simple. Remember that UK ban is not the end of life, yankee dey, canada dey, Europe dey, Asia dey, Australia dey. 5 Likes |

kelljuili: If that is the case, if truly the money came from your father's account, use tunderule2016 theory, since you studied in the UK, print ur dad's account with yours, circle the transfer that was made from ur dad's account and let him write a sponsor account. |
Travel / Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 3 by askari01: 8:21pm On Jun 01, 2016 |
kelljuili: Leave the money in ur father's account, transferring huge amount into ur account at this time would raise the ECO's eyebrow.... however, how old are you? You married? Do u have kids? Even at that you are unemployed, u have a very slim chances. |

anikkyshaya: If truly she has the 1M in her account, let her use her salary account, e e you have 100million pounds in your account, they have no business with you, They wanna know if truly she can afford to cater for herself when in the UK. But if u insist you wanna sponsor her without her account then apply with immediate effect, Use priority, and also use iKeja, a trial will convince us. |

castiello: Nothing to worry about, just tell them the embassy did not return the IV maybe for their record purpose, you can aswell request for another IV since you have moved class. Just for you to pass the POE. |
