So you can assume all these even with all the impossibilities and complexities involved in it but refuse to believe a simple analogy that when crises goes up on a particular issue that it could trigger a state emergency request by the government?

Yours wasn't a simple analogy, your postulation suggested you had raw figures that you could use to back it up or demolish any counter argument. The words you used were based on numerical values, "more" drug couriers under Tinubu than other administrations.

Mine is different, it is reasons why Senate want more punishment for drug couriers, not numerically based at all unlike yours.

But we all know why you made your wildly inaccurate and indifensible statement, the genesis can be easily traced back to Pete Obi coming third in the elections that President Tinubu won.

So your interest in one Nigeria is your parasitic benefit from oil bearing region? State it clearly. What's amusing is that UAE and Saudi Arabia have the same oil and cn point to its benefit to them. How has oil money benefitted you as a Nigerian if not exposing your mental bankruptcy and laziness? Have you collectively done better than the Igbo as a tribe?

It's not my interest, I am just stating the plausible reasons the Nigerian Army liberated non Ndigbo Biafran areas.

It is nothing to do with my tribe or how much better off they are than Ndigbo.

Why conflating issues?

Okay now I understand. Your fathers fought Biafra because of Anioma and Ikwerre so that you rather would take over their oil instead of Igbos. ND oil is very sweet

I think we both know if Ikemba had only pulled out Ala igbo, the army would have just said Ciao.

You can't take over Oil and expect Nigeria to allow you especially if that oil is in a minority area that you havent afforded a referendum.

So you mean Asian countries could be putting pressure on our senate to declare state of emergency on drugs?

Of course, could happen.

If they are fed up of Nigerians doing drugs there, why wouldn't they want to stop it at source.

They can get lobbyists to get done senators to sponsor the bill, same as Biafran separatidts can hire lobbyists to get Senators to sponsor a bill. Happens all over the world.

Brendaniel:

I knew Peter Obi will still be blamed along the line grin so for the senate to be telling Tinubu to declare state of emergency on drugs in Nigeria, it meant that the numbers reduced ?

And also passing a bill for life imprisonment abi death penalty or so for carriers...

It was due to number reduction right?

No one is blaming Peter Obi, I am blaming your willingness to blame President Tinubu without adequate facts on your painment at his election loss.

We don't even know what the numbers were, for all we know, Asian countries could be putting pressure on the senate to do something about the high numbers of Nigerians in their prison system, a number that existed before President Tinubu assumed office.

Unless you have year on year figures at your disposal that you can share, you cannot relate President Tinubu's regime to an increase (or decrease) in drug carrying Nigerians.

When they relocated back in 1967, you all rallied around to bring them back, so they'll be everywhere making their money until you guys become serious to see an Igbo country. Until then, you cn only envy them.

Biafra took non-Ndigbo minority Nigerians without at least giving those a referendum, of course Nigeria will fight for them (and their oil)

Now where the army should have stopped was on the outskirts of ala igbo but where exactly is that with Ikwerre and Anioma making noise that they are not Ndigbo?

That war was a needless total mess. May God punish ever single person that did not allow for a seccesion clause in our constitution.

Dollar increasing has nothing to do with the rate at which people carry drugs and are caught.

Have you got the facts to hand, via a verifiable link, or is this just another thing that you believe solely on the basis that President Tinubu defeated Atiku who in turn defeated Peter Obi at the elections?

Interesting observation there. At which point in time have NDLEA not arrest people? Even if Peter Obi had won and turned Nigeria into heaven, people will still carry drugs.

Sadly the slot has been reserved again for him, which means he will forever be known as a repeatedly shameless mandate thief.

Is it the fear that Igbo exit would expose their bankruptcy and leeching on other people's resources? Is it the fear that they would start killing one another again the way they were doing before the British came? And the way they were doing before Nzeogwu and Ifeajuna saved them with a coup?

Even the northerners do not oppose Igbo exit the way they do.

You never hear them oppose Fulani conquest of Ilorin the way they oppose Igbo exit. Why their desire to live and die under the shadow of what the whiteman created?

What on earth has spurred these recent Ndigbo exit to Biafra threads?

Ndigbo exit is solely in the hands of Ndigbo representatives in Abuja, nothing to do with Nd Yoruba or Ndi North.

An idiotic Canadian French separatists leader once threatened to take "their land away"and break Canada into two. The abioriginals asked him which land he was referring to and if he meant land in France.

The burden of guilt in this case goes both ways.

If you carelessly expose your food, you get flies. Not justifying the action of the flies in any way.

I don't agree with this sha.

Even if the woman is walking around butt naked, you must find other ways to satisfy your sexual lust that does not include you forcing yourself on her without her permission.

You won't rape your female relatives regardless of how mamy times they are walking around in their underwear at home, just extend that courtesy to other females.

The burden of guilt rests solely on one party.

What of Tinubu who said that he knew that the people didn't vote him in, yet the judges went ahead to give him victory?

Sorry but where did you get this information about President Tinubu saying he knew the people didn't vote for him?

Have you got a link or anything you could post so that we can verify.

I also don't think the judges gave him victory, his opponents could not prove that he didn't win. In fact none of his opponents disagreed he won, they just wanted him disqualified for flimsy reasons.

One of his opponents was so foolish, that he and his even more foolish charge and bail lawyers brought lots of boxes of papers of blurred results to court and expected learned judges to deliberate on them.

Never has such stupidy being witnessed in a court of law anywhere in the world.

His tenure as governor of Lagos State was marred by extreme cluelessness, maladministration, and wanton embezzlement of the entire common wealth of Lagosians.

Which makes me wonder why people from your own state where pouring in incessantly into Lagos state.

Surprises me why no one cared to work their NYSC or federal or private company appointments to your state but were doing so to to the same Lagos state the President Tinubu governed.

If you ask a reasonable question, you'll get answers. Is there any major party that is free of turbulence now? APC? PDP? So, why is LP's own making you all to jerk?

No one is jerking over anything LP. Someone has started a thread over issues in LP, I believe your right to start threads still exists so feel free to start one on issues in APC and/or PDP.

In the meantime, let those who have an opinion on LP's issues state them without being harraunged.

Must you Obidients censor or shut everyone down, can't you defeat or convince them with the strength of your counter arguments?

Please can you tell me the political ideology of Tinubu? Please I need to know? What is the political ideology of APC or even the PDP?

At least Peter Obi has been consistent with his beliefs in frugality in adminstration; using government money for the common good of the people, and his popular mantra in the last election: "from consumption to production", etc.

Please I need to know Tinubu's political ideologies?
I am waiting.

Why not go and wait on a thread created for that purpose? This one is ostensibly about corruption in the Labour Party stemming from a sensible sharing formula applied when Ghana-must-go bags magically arrived at their doorstep before Presidential candidates were nominated.
