Is hell consistent with the concepts of an omnibenevolent, just, and moral God ?

He claims that god told him about the death of US senator Ted Kennedy beforehand but my question is why didn't god  prevent the death of this guy ? What was the use of this prophecy by the way ?

1.Pastor Chris tells a cancer stricken patient that they are healed in the name of Jesus

2. The cancer patient stops taking his chemotherapy believing that he is healed.

3. After a month or so he dies of cancer


Tell who is to blame for the death of the cancer patient ?
