They have updated the hotels in a way that you can book online go to the website there are some hotels in which you can book directly with them Online go through the list beside some of the hotels there is "Online Booking" beside them click on the hotel it will take you directly to the booking page but confirm the price before booking

i paid only one way, and i can see on their site that paying for courier is like 12K, but when dhl delivered my passport to vfs i paid 1k because the dhl office was very close to the vfs lagos center. cant i request dhl to pickup for me so i dont have to pay 12K?... also i live very close to the vfs office

You cannot do In-person pick up ooo I think you would have to pay for return as indicated but confirm with VFS first that's why 2-way courier is advisable so you won't have to pay double what you should have paid at once confirm with VFS on the pick and also relate with DHL

Guys i recieved the message above from vfs, and im wondering what to do next. I only paid dhl a submit fee, so i only paid for them to deliver it to vfs lagos. should i also contact dhl to pickit up and deliver it to me or do i pay vfs to do it?

Was it one way you did or two way if it's two way the VFS will send to DHL then they will deliver it to your doorstep but if it's one way you would have to pay to VFS they will advise on how to pay

There are different options with different price tags... which one is the fastest among them?

Pick the first option the basic you just need the basic one it's not the company that processes the Notes it's IRCC so the fastness would have to come from IRCC then after the payment they would send a consent form which you would fill ,sign and scan back to them then they forward your request to IRCC for processing

I thought it's the family members of the PR holders that are supposed to get an authorization letter being that they will be on visit visa and student were allowed to travel from October 20th 2020 so I don't know when this new rule came into effect that student are not allowed to travel we don't even have enough information on this travel thingy at least someone travelled last week and no issue maybe it's a new rule one should confirm well

As I asked sometime ago about co-op letter and was asked by seniors to find out from the institution if they do give seperate letter for co-op. Well, I did and they replied as stated below;

"We don't issue a separate co-cop letter, but when you are registered for your classes, you can request a Proof of Enrolment letter which will state that your program involves a co-op placement."

Now as it is, I can't register for class as it is not yet open. So can i go ahead and upload my acceptance letter Which stated the co-op. Again, do I attach this mail from institution as to show proof why am using acceptance letter to indicate that my program has co-op and not co-op letter?

Attach your acceptance letter there my program also has co-op and I attached my acceptance letter there shikena I didnt have to go back to ask my school for any co-op letter the VO'S see all these everyday so it's allowed attach your acceptance letter there and don't worry yourself over nothing!!!

Instead of Cyprus there are better European countries you can face but will still be capital intensive and the processing of study permit I don't know how it's done in Nigeria here. Germany, Sweden, Ireland, Netherlands at least those countries are good also.

First of all who are using as your main sponsor if it's your mum then get all the documents from her like the letter of Sponsorship, Affidavit of Sponsorship a gift deed comes in where she transfered or gifted money to you then that can come in
Then for the sale of land you sold the land directly and the money was transferred to you right? If yes then you can explain it in your LOE that a land was sold and the money transferred to you backing it up with the documents used in the transaction
Then if your mom is your sponsor then you don't need letters from your uncle or dad or are the three of them sponsoring you ? I think one sponsor should suffice cuz from the Application form you only choose one sponsor from the drop down list am not sure please others can confirm this then other gurus can suggest too.

@Onweke, please let her mind them o. The letter actually states that she is banned. However if she feels she can explain the discrepancy WELLA she is free to reapply and prove beyond reasonable doubt that she did not misrepresent information.

I don't think she can reapply till after 5years but she can always get an immigration lawyer to start the process of filing the case and start working on it once they submit the case then and they review it they can now reverse it then maybe it will now be a normal refusal but she can't just reapply like that a decision has been made and the file closed and the decision has to do with a ban which makes it complicated let me put it that way so to reopen a file on a normal day that's where a Judicial review comes in so that last sentence on the letter that's how IRCC puts it in every of their letter whether it's a ban or a refusal so maybe she cuz I think once she tries to reapply like that it may be flagged cuz it's a ban!!! So if she can afford an immigration lawyer to start with first that's what I think other gurus can correct if am wrong ooo am not an expert or a guru oooo.

Oh this is sad Krissy am so sorry for this. The first letter was a PROCEDURAL FAIRNESS LETTER which they normally send at first to explain anything they are not clear about or if they have seen any misrepresentation you will be given a chance to explain with back up proofs and this is for 10days in which after 10days if they don't hear from you they will go ahead with the decision and the decision is always most likely a ban for 5years which is stated in the 2nd letter. If you can afford an immigration Lawyer to help you file this case just explain everything as it is provide all the documents you used in the application I think they would be able to do it but if you cannot do this I think you have to wait for the 5years to elapse before you can reapply normally
P.S: some agents are bad while some are Good if you have to use them at all get all the documents yourself don't allow them get any documents for you they don't have it all they say is lies to take your money they are into business remember!!!!. The day you will submit the application both of you can sit down and do it together please and Please and if possible avoid them totally this thread is enough to get information and you do researches too CANADA [/b]has also posted all the guidelines on their website to do all these things yourself it's not all countries that do this, everything concerning immigration is on Canada's website well explained there!!!
P.S if that agent had followed up and checked the portal when they sent the [b]PFL it wouldn't have resulted to this they don't even have the luxury time to check portals for updates that's how bad it is cuz they need to make money from other candidates!!! .I have someone close to me to that's into this issue his was bank statement they didn't check the PFL only to find out from his GCMS NOTES that he had been banned like 6months back and they didn't tell him or checked!!!

Check if you have every part cuz if you don't fill all the part the form will not be VALIDATED and you won't be able to submit it .I guess the reason why the error message is popping up is because you haven't filled some part of the form correctly or not filled it at all look through it it show a red line where you suppose to fill if you are trying to submit it
