Politics / Buhari Can't Do Any Worse Than Jonathan by Azo(m): 8:36am On Dec 12, 2014
I beleive Buhari cant do any worse than Jonathan. Nigeria has made billions of money in the past six years from crude at over $100/barrel and at resumption of office $40bn in foreign reserve. Now proceeds from excess crude sales no where to be found, foreign reseve depleted... And you still want this clueless shoeless to continue?? Nigerians think..

At least during Abachas regime, the PTF was the only functioning public sector parastatal, and Buhari/Idoagbon duo was one of the best leaders so far. Compare this to a President that says stealing is not corruption and who squanders public monies on failed project. Please think...

So much pfailed promises to mention just few..

I strongly believe Jonathan should be allowed and supported to complete some of his laudable agendas. Buhari may be a real change agent when it comes to curbing corruption but truth is we need a Jonathan-kinda system with better foreign direct investments and re-investment of some of our looted funds. One of the reasons it seems Jonathan isn't quite working is because he has been doing massive FIXING.

Nigeria is so deeply entrenched in corruption so badly that there is no way we can significantly tackle corruption without many of our big businesses going down and our growing economy heavily affected.

The main reason am against Buhari at this moment is his clear desperation to curb corruption at all costs. Voting buhari will slow down our economy no doubt! As much as we have to progress via abating corrupt practices, we have to be tactful because if you study some big economies you will discover there are some corrupt underpinnings on which their big businesses thrive on[

Another pointer that make me averse to this Buhari idea is because of [b]his clear reluctance to act proactively as significant northern leader on this bokoharam issue. I expected much more from him to support the current government regardless of their political differences.

......just my 2nairas....

Nigerians be wise.

Please no hard feelings but your analyses are a bit moronic. Are you saying a presidient that says stealing is not corruption is actually fighting corruption? Or that Buhari's zeal to curb corruption creates a blind spot for him because he has not been in the shoes before??

Its a pity, but you shouldn't have traveled by night which is a high risk on its own. [bold] But I don't understand why you are thanking God for being alive 'because many others died'. Did the others that died don't deserve to be alive just like you?[/bold]

I don't seem to get it, just sounded insensitive to me.

Wow that feels harsh. I never seize to be amazed by my fellow Nigerians. This is a country where you get insulted for doing the right thing. I haveturned into a dishonest person for not going through network hackers like you do right? I think you should think before you type next time cos you just showed you are a thief and a scammer and the likes of you will abuse politicians and people in govt when you are all the same. Then you keep wondering why this country will never progress. #blameitonthegovernment.

Pavore9: So sad but their kenyan operations is doing well. Good and cheap calls and their internet speed is cool, which am getting 15GB/Weekly for N2,465 or sometimes their club night package which is 500MB for N38/daily (midnight to 6a.m).

Internet in Nigeria is one of the most expensive in the world if not the most expensive. I use sky in the UK and for 19 pounds which is roughly 5000 naira for unlimited and very fast internet but in Nigeria I use swift and pay 29,000 naira for just 20 Gb. Isn't that amazing? Needless to say the speed sometimes is not worth the while.. lipsrsealed

Business / Airtel Is The Worst Telecomm Company by Azo(m): 6:47am On Oct 01, 2014
I woke up this morning with a reminder on how I have never had a good experience with this company. It is normal to have issues in business but dealing with these issues is the hallmark of a succesful businesses. Needless to say this should always factor in the satisfaction of your customers since they remain the backbone of you company whether or not you readily agree.

Airtel as a telecom company since I can remember have never resolved any of the issues I had with them while they were my main telecomm serv provider. Issues i experienced include unsuccessful call credit recharge, Irregular and unwarranted charges on outgoing calls (experienced a lot of this before i decided to stop using the line), slow internet speed to poor network reception. These are just some of the bottle necks I have experienced with this coy none of which was ever resolved when complaint was made. Recently my Mom got a call credit card and recharge with no success and on the second trial the message responded "this voucher has already been used by you" while her phone account has not been credited. Since then there has been lots of attept to get through to the customer care, all futile attempts with no agent picking up the calls. What coy on earth does not respond to customers complains.

I must say this reinforces my convictions that this telecomm coy is one of the worst in Nigeria if not the worst.

Nlanders lets know your worst telecomm coy and your bad experiences with them.

Family / Re: Losing Post-delivery Belly Fat? by Azo(m): 10:46pm On Sep 22, 2014
You can lose belly fat by exercising At least 30 minutes daily., high trmpo for 10 mins followed by low tempo for 5mins till u complete 30 mins. Do not start sit up until u notice u are loosing fat around ur belly. Jogging is best.Take lots of fluids especially from fruits and water. No fizzy drinks or packed juice, theyare filled with refined sugar. Stay away from refined sugar. Eat lots of veg to replace high percentage of carb in ur every meal. Eat complex carb like wheat. Avoid white bread as much as possibble. Avoid snacking with junks like pastries and refined food in general. Indomie too.

This looks demanding but if u are determined u can get back in shape. All u need is dicipline.

What people thought was biometric was that ebola detector that they screened our eyes with.

That was neither an ebola detector by eye screening nor a biometric intrument. Its an infrared thermometer for measuring body temp.

I still insist. There was no biometrics @ Unilag. If you did indicate your test code and batch or else you didn't really take part in the test. Success to everyone!!!!
