This may sound very odd but it's my preference ![]() ![]() ![]() The joy of knowing that no man has screwed that hole before me is enough for me ![]() ![]() ![]() Sex ties a woman to her ex forever, whenever she sees any of her ex sex mate, a flame sparks, it takes a lot of restraint for her not to desire that ex again. If she enjoys sex with her exes than her husband! She will forever despise her husband. Besides majority of Virgins have good character, that's why they're able to maintain their chastity in the first place ![]() ![]() ![]() |

hakeem4: We're saying the same thing!!! All what you listed here are the limitations that HND Graduates are attempting to avoid by opting for a Bachelor Degree through Top Up program. |

Myer: So you can see that NUC is over reaching this time, Overtime HND Graduates have suffered uncontrollable limitations in their careers for no reason simply because they don't have a Bachelor's Degree. And it's never been about Inferiority complex, it has always been about career limitations within and outside Nigeria, it's time to break barriers, HND Graduates go and get your Barchelors Degree and be at par with your counterparts. 1 Like |

Myer: We're saying the same thing, conversion means securing admission in an accredited University and obtaining your Bachelor's Degree. |
![]() |
Myer: Of course yes, the only solution is to convert it and enjoy the benefits that BSc holders get too. |

BoboNogoDie: Whether you like it or not, HND Graduates will obtain their Bachelor's Degree ![]() ![]() ![]() If you like call it Inferiority complex ![]() ![]() ![]() |

Myer: Please be realistic, HND Graduates have so much limitations in Nigeria, e.g HND Graduates can't become Lecturers in Nigeria even if they Obtain PGD and MSc. HND Graduates are not eligible for PTDF Scholarships and all other federal and state government scholarships for MSc studies. HND Graduates are not eligible for COREN. HND Graduates are not eligible for the various Job Seeker Visas introduced by many countries. HND Graduates don't go beyond Level 14 in Federal and State civil service. So you can see that it's not about inferiority mindset, it's about opportunities passing you buy in the Nigerian system which you can easily make right by opting for a Top Up program ![]() ![]() ![]() 3 Likes 1 Share |

OLULAW: Conversion and Top Up means the same thing. I'm currently running a conversion program and it's 4 semesters so there's no argument here. It's like some people are not Happy that HND graduates now have a Pathway to obtain a Bachelor's Degree and enjoy the benefits that comes with it. 1 Like |

doghorp: Spot on |

Zoey1: That's the problem, why should a HND Graduate limit his options just to UK, with a BSc you can study Masters in any country of your choice. Encourage HND Graduates to obtain their BSc in Nigeria in 1 or 2 years so that they will have ample options for themselves. 1 Like |

doghorp: Nice one, you have faced the reality!!! There's no point living in denial, I don't know why Nigerian Universities don't want to introduce this Top Up program, now the Indian Universities are cashing out with it. Even the NUC has so much disdain for HND Graduates ![]() ![]() ![]() |

islamics: I'm running it in Southwestern University of Nigeria Ikeja Campus, The NBTE option is expensive, it's a minimum of 1,100 USD. |

littyprincess: Very True, I didn't want to say this in order not to discourage anyone but littyprincess just hit the nail at the right spot ![]() ![]() ![]() Even for people that immersed themselves in a francophone country, it took them a minimum of 6 months of studies and preparation to ace TEF exams let alone someone living in Nigeria, give yourself a year at least. Being Bilingual is a life long skill that can even enable you to get a Job Offer abroad from Nigeria. 2 Likes |

Offpointng: First of all, tell us the type of Visa she used to enter Canada ![]() ![]() ![]() If she entered with a Tourist or Visit Visa then she would definitely suffer because that's the same thing those homeless Nigerians in Canada are facing!!! Tourist or Visit Visa doesn't entitle you to any working rights in Canada so you go suffer ![]() ![]() ![]() My sister Canada is not over hyped, those that came in as Permanent residents or other types of residence permit are living their lives happily. Secondly, In developed countries If you're not a Medical Doctor, Nurse, Pharmacist, IT Professional, Radiographer, Medical Laboratory Scientist, Welder, Carpenter, Truck Driver, Certified and Experienced Engineer, Highly Skilled Sports Professional etc You will only be left with survival jobs like factory work, cleaning, construction laborer, cemetery attendants, waiter/waitress etc. But if you have a residence permit you can learn a relevant skill so that you take up a professional job. Nigerians don't like to publicly take responsibility for their actions or inactions ![]() ![]() ![]() I know hundreds of people that migrated to Canada and are living happily, but going abroad is not for everyone actually, if you don't have what it takes to thrive there, just remain in Naija. 76 Likes 6 Shares |

Fahvvy: They don't know that I'm very grounded with the way things work in Nigeria ![]() ![]() ![]() Things have changed unlike back in the days. I don't see any reason why anyone should even go to a Polytechnic in Nigeria now, we have a lot of Private and Public Universities everywhere now ![]() ![]() ![]() 1 Like |

saheed2002:What of a degree bachelor that cannot practice his/her profession? It doesn't Matter, the bottom line is to have Bachelor's Degree so that you can properly fit into formal system in Nigeria and across the world. Even if you are self-employed you keep your Degree certificate in a box somewhere ![]() ![]() ![]() https://www.pulse.ng/news/local/remove-hndbsc-dichotomy-or-scrap-hnd-programmes-nbte-boss-tells-fg/qgnsst8 |

System202: Btech is fine. Btech, BSc, BA or BEng are all fine. HND Graduates should find a way to add any of the above to their profile. |

Dracula123: Guy you need a BSc to make your profile complete, let's not start the earning part please. Zenith Bank, Stanbic IBTC, UBA, Wema Bank, GTB, Access Bank, Sterling Bank, MTN, Glo, 9Mobile etc don't employ HND graduates as core staff, they only employ HND Graduates on casual or contract basis so what do you have to say about this. Please I'm not disparaging you or your career, I believe you are matured enough to absorb a strong feedback, you obviously have a good career going on for you, please abandon that MBA and get your BSc, it's just a year or maximum 2 years, you can later go for MSc or MBA. Better still, you can become ACCA certified and you automatically be awarded Bachelor's Degree from Oxford Brookes University. Even Tech professionals that work remotely are obtaining their bachelors degree. |

ItisWell22: As in!!! Nigeria is just unbelievable. There are certain things that we can change even without breaking the bank. Why can't NUC and Nursing Council come together and create a Pathway Of Graduates of Nursing and Midwifery Schools to obtain their BSc even after becoming Registered to practice ![]() ![]() ![]() NOUN Abuja and ABU Zaria currently run BSCN distance learning program for registered nurses only. Within 2 years you will obtain your Degree. |

PinkNature: We're in the same shoes, I'm currently running a degree program too after many years of holding a HND certificate. The talk of HND graduates being grounded in Practicals is just self consolation ![]() ![]() ![]() Even COREN that certifies Engineers only certify university graduates. 2 Likes |

franchasofficia: Intending HND graduates will still face Dehumanization and Demoralization in their future Academic and Professional pursuits anyways ![]() ![]() ![]() That's why I'm awakening whoever cares to listen to act now, The government will not resolve this issue for you, As a HND Graduate, just look for a Private university nearby and continue with your studies, in 2 years you would have obtained your Degree which is equivalent to any Degree across the world. Better still, NBTE has introduced a Top Up program to help HND graduates, It's just a year program, If you have the Money do it and eliminate the dark days of being a HND Graduate in Nigeria. 2 Likes |
