Actually, it's your house that started burning first since 1973 when they started drilling oil in Bayelsa, desecrating sacred forests, polluting the lands and waters and making the people poor and sick.

You will be seen as a wayward man to start quenching your neighbor's house fire of 2018 when your kids are roasting in your own house fire since 1972 !
I think he is trying to protect his house too because they are predominantly Christians in "South-south" & remember, a stitch in time saves nine

Dude.. if she's a good woman and she is worth every sacrifice, I think this is the time you must to step up and take the bullet for her.
If you should tell anyone that she is HIV positive and you are not, they'll Stigmatize her for life, why not tell mum that you are also with the Virus, and don't give her the impression that you got it from her..
Being with her is a tough decision, and you need to make sure you are willing to take thay step

I love challenges and you've just challenged me with charity for this lads. This I will also initiate the process once I rap my head around the means of reaching them directly.
Pls it's not a debate, but something tells me we should compassionately take ownership of this existing stranded children while frowning at the system that made them unfortunate in the first place.
Peace!
Quit talking nonsense! Fulani Herdsman you are one of them..
These kids have parents or uncles.. but they sent them to beg so that they can afford an education to become great extremists that will later murder their benefactors.. nonsense.

Since I don't know what work outs you do, there is a possibility that you have weak glutes..

If one all the back, glutes, hamstrings are not in sync one could be over compensating for the other.
I usually do squats with barbell on my shoulders..
I always knew that something is weak somewhere, I guess it's the glutes.. but what can I do about it pls?

Health / HELP: I Always Feel Lower Back Pain After Workout by bammo: 5:38pm On Apr 21, 2020
Hello friends, I need your help with this issue .. I'm the type that likes working out a lot, coz it makes me feel and look good & I'm quite addicted to it. But the problem now is that, I can't really do a full body workout without experiencing lower back pain, I need to develop a good stamina, but whenever I engage in a little leg workout, I usually end up with severe waist pain.. I think it may be due to the fact that I have a little Pile (haemorrhoid). I don't think I can totally cure this Pile but what I need now is how to live a normal life.. please! How can I do leg workout without developing lower back pain

I was 26 and not married.
My mum repeatedly embarrassed me with:

-You are a source of shame to me.
-All my mates have sons-in-law and grandchildren.
-Menopause is approaching.Its a pity
-Hope you are not a lesbian.
-Are you into prostitution that you have refused to marry?
-Your mates post pictures of themselves with their husbands and children on Facebook & WhatsApp.Where is your own? You are still posting single pictures.

And so many hurtful statements.

I was struggling in my final year in medical school.
But she was more interested in me getting married.

I got married 2 years after during my housemanship.

Our relationship has been kinda strained..especially after I relocated to UK.

I only just send her money...We don't talk much.

I have 2 kids now..Her grandchildren.
I love my mum.I miss her though but I haven't forgotten.

We all have different ideas of how messages should be passed across.. I believe that's the best way she knew how to.. so, you can't really blame people for how they were brought up, u just have to understand them coz, the most important thing is that she had your best interest at heart

I don't care about free electricity I only want a stable power supply..
Maybe we should just swallow our pride and allow a foreign company to manage these things coz apparently Nigerians are more concerned with politics than development sad
You can't expect miracle from Nigerian politicians, they are all the same

Adobe photoshop
Adobe illustrator.
In the world today, there are arguments that photoshop is better than Corel and it’s more productive. Now, I’m not saying Corel isn’t good because I’ve seen works done on Corel that amazed me but it would be good to learn photoshop too. If you can try learn both and also it depends on the niche of graphics design you wish to venture into. Put in your time and the Internet is ready to help you
Nice, I appreciate... I'm going to try and learn both ..I'll also let you know when I'm making good progress.. Thanks..

YouTube is one very good learning place. Look up videos for the software you want to use. The first thing is understanding how software work and understanding the interface. When you know this basics, you’d be able to see other artists finished jobs and try imagine how they were done. Even in this present age, some people don’t know there’s something known as photo manipulation. So learn the basics. Also there is Udemy, cousera and other paid learning sites you can get tutorial videos from. You can also get videos free from there sometimes if you’re lucky. In learning design, I’d advice you stick to videos and don’t do much books. Don’t get me wrong, I’m learning principles and methods and the likes, books are good. (E.g branding,) but in just understanding the interface, try use videos. I hope I’ve been able to help
Thanks a lot man.. this is quite enlightening & I'll definitely try these out. I'm currently learning corel draw. If it's not too much to ask, I'd like you to suggest other softwares that can be helpful too. Thanks
