Please permit me to ask, "how do you mean?" because it seems you are diverting From the bone of contention here, sir!

My friend; erase that Naija mentality from your head...don't forget about "individual differences"...
Not all parents are the same thing!

Maybe your dad might do that to you; but my parent would not do that to me because they are well schooled and enlightened.

Hello sir
I want to appreciate you for your tireless effort in the work of God...
I have read patiently the little rift between you and a nairalander. ..
I just want to chip in a few words.

1. About 95% if not 100% of people in nairaland know you are doing a very good work on this trend; but don't forget in a hurry that the devil never liked and will never like anything good and comes from God...hence the Bible said " he came to kill, steal and to destroy, he is the author and founder of all lies and confusion".

2. I see you have a divine calling and mission to help people; don't you think if you abandone your calling just because of a little temptation from the devil God could be angry with you and It might lead you to sin.

3. Rewind back to the life of Jesus Christ; he was tempted, persecuted, accused falsely, and killed for no reason; all in a Justice and righteous fight for sinners; all these are less compared to what we face today as Christ-like. As christ-like we produce what Jesus is known for. That is why he said "by their fruits you shall know them; not all that call him Lord will enter into the Kingdom of God".

4. Finally, please think about your fans and the people God has assigned to you for help. "The sheeps are scattered when the shepherd is slayed"...as far as what you do here is right, just, pure, and from the Holy Spirit of God, I tell you today that no man can stop you or put you down if you don't let them.

EVERYBODY WILL REAP WHATEVER THEY SOW, NOW OR IN THE AFTERLIFE!

Thank you!

You can always ask me "How are you?" No Problem at all and my reply is always " I'm very well thank you".

What I hate however, what I detest , what annoys me, what I find offensive, what gets me mad , is the ignorant and illogical silly greeting/question which goes like this - " How was your night?". This question sends me into a rage I often - actually always don't know what to say as a response but my whole day can be ruined by that stupid meaningless and ignorant nonsensical illiterate greeting. angry sad embarassed undecided cry[/quote
]

But sir, I don't see anything wrong about the question, "how was your night?"

I remembered a scenario in my place of work.
My colleague and a Supervisor;

As soon as the supervisor stepped into the office

Colleague: well done sir

Supervisor: Puis, What did you say now?(frowning )

Colleague: I said "welcome sir"!

After the supervisor had gone we all bust into laughter...my colleague was like ,"that man na mumu o".

It doesn't have any "deep meaning" it's just a rubbish traditional way of younger-older way of greeting in Nigeria that has changed the thinking of our people.
it is the older one that must ask "how are you" syndrome.

which is not suppose to be.
it should be reciprocal.

Lols, most of our elders are backward in terms of understanding the word how are you, therefore i dare not use this word any time i see them, imagine you are permitted to ask them how are you in our native language but with english you are doomed
that's why our elders and younger ones ought to follow the trend of the 21st century.
ask a Foreigner (superior or minor) " how are you?" and they simply reply with a smile" I am fine thank you, and you?"

but check it very well; there is nothing wrong in asking a superior" how are you?", if we really understand the deep meaning of that question

Jokes Etc / How Nigerians React To The " How Are You?" Question. by BBBlaze: 5:47am On Jun 07, 2017
CASE STUDY; A Student and His Lecturer

STUDENT: Goodmorning sir

LECTURER: Goodmorning John, my smart boy! (smiling)

STUDENT: How are you sir?

LECTURER: What did you say?(facial look changing-frowning)

STUDENT: Sir! I said how are you sir?

LECTURER: You must be very very stupid. Do I look like your mate? Too much familiarity brings insults. So I have automatically turn your junior because you see my teeth often, right John?

STUDENT: No sir...I was only trying to...(surprised and trying to explain)

LECTURER: Shut up there, idiot! Trying to do what??.. you this boy; you must fail my course for being a disrespectful fool. Get out now!(angry)

*Just asking about his Lecturer's wellbeing has put John into a mess*

"They say Respect is reciprocal"...I will say Nigerians should grow up if we really claim to be civilised!

What's your take on this?

only pray for the favor of The Lord in marriage, Proverbs 18:22. There is no such a thing as rightful partner or divine spouse, there is no perfect marriage or perfect spouse, The Lord only gives you someone you will cope with, even Adam and Eve, the first couple in the bible damned themselves.

so sir, is it that all those match making that some pastor and prophets make for two people are fake?
and probably there is nothing like a soulmate?
